Very clean and convenient location. Comfortable bed and great shower. Everything you need in the kitchen with a nice private, but easily accessible entrance.

1st VRBO experience and I definitely choose the right one. This place is awesome. Everything you could possibly need is supplied. It's absolutely gorgeous, clean and comfortable. It made our stay in Prescott even more enjoyable. Only thing I wish it had was a patio heater. It was a bit too chilly in the morning and evenings to really get a chance to enjoy that part of it. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We WILL be back and we highly recommend Pauper's Place. Ps - My wife is a clean freak and she was totally at home here. High marks for the hypo allergenic soaps and detergent. I'm sure many people will appreciate it. Great job guys!

Such an awesome find!! May be the best property we have stayed at. Arrived on a cold rainy day and was impressed with how insulated and warm the place was. They have excellent little touches all throughout the place. Perfect getaway with us and our dog. Close to our friends in Prescott Valley and close to fun expeditions in town.

This spacious studio apartment is attached to a home and is beautifully decorated and spacious. It has its own private entrance and patio, which is very nice.I especially liked that the place is spotless with a high ceiling, which makes it feel a lot bigger.Nice host with easy, clear communication. Some things to note were that the bathroom door and the outside gate were difficult to open and close. Definitely would recommend to others. We had a very nice, peaceful stay. Thanks!

The property was as cute as pictured/described. We loved the attention to detail! There were charging hubs on either nightstand, as well as a noise machine on one. The decor seemed quite professional, very well done. I would be surprised if it was a DIY. We enjoyed our stay, immensely. If I had any critiques, it would be that there was only 1 microwave safe plate. I also would have liked more washable-linen covered pillows. There was only 2. I am a pillow hound with a bad back though. There were plenty of accent pillows though. The property owner was attentive and they even gave us some grace at checkout because we got a flat tire. Fantastic experience, will come again.

You'll never want to leave

As soon as we pulled in to the parking space we knew this would be special. There was an instant vibe that overcame us when we opened the gate to the inviting and comfortable outdoor living space. We were greeted with warmth and color and character as soon as we opened the front double doors, and knew instantly that this was a magical place. Cozy doesn't begin to describe this adorable home. Small but efficient, it lives much larger that you would think, and there are little touches everywhere you look that will leave you wanting for nothing. Book this place instantly. No need to look anywhere else if it's just you and your special someone and a wondermutt of your own. This was absolutely perfect.

Everything We Needed for a Weekend in Prescott

Pauper's Place was a perfect place to stay for the weekend sway with my wife and my dog. Accommodations were fantastic, and the location was great. We'd definitelt stay here again.
