In town for a couple of days & this apartment was perfect for our needs. Kagian was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Check-in was easy with clear instructions. The place was clean and comfortable.

Beautiful 2 bedrooms

Was perfect for two couples to stay in. top of the line appliances and amenities. Had an issue with the TV and the owner had it replaced immediately. The deck was the perfect getaway to relax and enjoy the nights with friends. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was exactly what we needed. We were out of town guests to a wedding at a nearby reception venue. We were comfortable in and grateful for the space. The home was clean and quiet. The owner had great communication. HighlyRecommend!

The property was clean, quiet, and secluded. Upon arrival, we thought there was an issue with the air (there was NOT...our mistake!!!)....but owner was so quick to respond and was going to leave work to come check on it! Easy check in instructions and he checked on us mid visit to make sure things were great....i would definitely stay here again.

The stay was perfect! KG had this place spotless for us when we walked in. It smelled so fresh and nice! We were so pleased with our work stay here. The beds were very comfortable and having your own AC was even better. We utilized the kitchen for some breakfast and I wish I had that area in my own home. It was a quiet area of town besides the occasional vehicle going down the road but I slept through most of those. If I ever make my way back to Waterbury I’ll most definitely stay here again if it’s available. You won’t go wrong booking with KG!! That’s a promise!!!

Fabulous Apartment Close to EVERYTHING

The apartment had everything we needed for our short trip. Bedrooms were cozy and had soft beds, big closets, and their own TVs. The bathroom was amazing!! Double sinks and included rain-like shower head. The kitchen, living room, and large patio were bonuses for this place. I will definitely book again.

This place was VERY nice. The decor, comfort, convenience…you name it. I don’t know what is standard in these places, but there were towels, wash clothes, shampoo…, and coffee. When I had question the host was available and responded quickly. If I’m back in the area I HOPE I can book this place again.

We had a nice stay, there was complimentary Netflix, the place felt private (though the road was loud at times), and the place was very clean, one might even say too clean (the floors were a bit slippery in the kitchen and hallways). Also the water in the kitchen sink had two settings: scalding hot (as it was running you could see the steam coming off it) or cold, hopefully thats fixed promptly so that it's not too hot to burn someone.

Short stay for family event

The property was amazing! Upon entering the home you see white and gray marbled floors in the entrance, bathroom and kitchen. They have full size washing machine and dryer which is modern. Kitchen has modern appliances as well. You have a porch desk which is a nice place for reading and meditating. The Bathroom has two sinks and a glass door that leads you into two rainfall shower heads. The living room is a nice size with a tv mounted and modern furniture as well. Each bedroom is modern with plenty of closet space, 2 dressers and a night stand. Also, each room has its own remote controlled a/c unit with a wall mounted tv. The host for the property was great and would reply back to any message in a timely manner. Additionally, the Wifi worked and the apartment is within 10 minutes from shopping venues and restaurants. We stayed 6 days and this apartment was by far the best vacational rental that we have stayed in! Thank you again for making our stay Rememberable. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone coming through this area.
