This end-unit, first-floor condo enjoys an unbeatable location just a short walk from the beach and 50 yards to the complex outdoor pool. You are also within walking distance of the world-renowned Shipyard-Van de Meer Tennis Center and Sonesta Hotel and an easy bike ride to Coligny Plaza for shopping and dining.



This beach-themed escapade offers a sunny deck with unobstructed lagoon views - you will love sitting here with your morning coffee or evening cocktail as you enjoy all the views. Inside, you will find everything you need for a successful vacation, including a fully equipped kitchen for whipping up all your favorite meals and snacks. There's plenty of comfortable seating in the living room to enjoy the gas fireplace or watch a favorite movie on the smart TV with cable and streaming. Gather around the dining table for meals, games, or good conversation, or dine alfresco on the deck. At the end of a long, adventurous day, or just for some privacy to relax or read, sink into comfortable beds and enjoy the TVs provided in the bedrooms.

Great location - clean, spacious, perfect for families

Loved how close this was to the beach, 4 minute walk. Very spacious, plenty of room for a family. Very clean + great atmosphere and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

We stayed for a week. Traveled with 2 toddlers, they loved the bunk beds. Condo was clean and spacious. Loved the location to the pool (steps away!) and the beach was a 5 min walk on the path. Perfect for families. We love HHI and this was a great rental! Views from the deck were great too!

Perfect trip

Loved relaxing on the deck with the dog as there is a gate at the steps to keep her confined . Kitchen is well equipped and beds comfortable.

Greta place, great location

This place was perfect. Very close walk to the pool, The Sonesta Resort, and the beach. Nestled away in a forest-like setting, complete with many squirrels and other wildlife. This large, single-story, 2-bedroom condo has a large living room, kitchen, dining room, and bonus an amazing deck which overlooks a lagoon which has gators, egrets, hawks, all kinds of cool wilflife.
