** PLEASE NOTE, the pull-out sofa is ideal for one adult or two children. ** This allows the property to comfortably accommodate up to 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children. ** If you plan to bring a 6th guest (a child) to sleep on the sofa bed, please let us know in advance. Kindly note that there is a $5 per night fee for a 6th guest. **

The entire home is accessible to guests with the exception of one locked hospitality closet which contains our cleaning and restocking supplies. Any evidence of tampering with locks may result in a fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.

PET POLICY: We are dog friendly and allow up to 2 dogs per stay for a $50 fee; we do not allow any other species of pet. This is non-negotiable.

Furthermore, there exists the potential for encounters with various forms of wildlife that might deviate from your accustomed encounters.
We have a strict dog only pet policy. There is a $50.00 pet fee and a maximum of two dogs allowed at the property. If you plan to bring your dog(s) along, please be sure it is included in your reservation at confirmation. Unauthorized pets at this property will result in a $100.00 reservation violation fee in addition to the standard $50.00 pet fee. Thank you in advance for both your compliance and understanding of our pet policies.

No smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged to guests after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.

Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.

We do not provide laundry supplies.
