The upstairs unit of this lakefront duplex offers stunning main lake views, a private dock, fire pit and sandy beach, all just minutes from downtown Clarksville. Whether youâre fishing Buggs Island/Kerr Lake, vacationing with family, relaxing on the deck, or checking out the local wineries and brewery, Dockside Dreamz #2 is the perfect escape with all the comforts of home. Sleeps six with new luxury bedding, wifi and a large deck. Discounts available for those renting both units (listed separately as Dockside Dreamz - Full Duplex).
The space
Enter into an open concept living room and kitchen with lots of natural light and views of Buggs Island/Kerr Lake. The main bedroom has a king bed with a new luxury mattress. The second room features queen and twin beds with new luxury mattresses. The fourth bed is a queen sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen comes fully stocked with refrigerator, electric stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker and more. All you need to bring is your groceries! The full bathroom features a tub/shower combination and itâs stocked with a couple rolls of toilet paper, towels and toiletries.
If youâre staying in or working remotely, take advantage of the Wi-Fi and TV, or gather around the table to play a board game or work a puzzle. Just steps from the door, youâll find the private dock and the beach area, which is usable when the lake is at normal levels (approximately 300â). Bring your own beach chairs to relax on the sand, or jump off the dock to cool down. If you bring a boat, tie up for those easy early morning blast offs. Spend your evenings by the firepit. Thereâs plenty of wood around, so grab some and roast some Sâmores while overlooking the lake. The dock and beach are shared with the downstairs unit, Dockside Dreamz #1, so please be courteous to your neighbors. Conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, grocery and supply stores and more!
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire upstairs unit, featuring two bedrooms and one full bath, kitchen, living room and deck. There is a new BBQ grill on the deck. The large driveway is shared with Dockside Dreamz #1. We ask for a maximum of two vehicles/boat trailers per unit. Additional parking may be available; please contact host if more than two vehicles are needed. There are two fire pits on the property, one for each unit of the duplex. This property features motion lighting with exterior cameras on all four corners of the home, monitoring the parking area and back yard.
