You’ll be within just a short drive or twenty-minute walk to the heart of downtown when you’re ready to get out and explore the wide variety of landmarks, shopping, dining, attractions, and festivals, all offering unique experiences to get to know this eclectic city and the locals within it. If you happen to be visiting during the months of November thru January, you won’t want to miss the Nights of Lights, a dazzling and award-winning holiday lights display that you can experience by foot, train, or trolley, or even a romantic horse-drawn carriage ride. Those sparkling white beaches Florida is well known for are a quick four-mile drive away, making day trips a literal breeze.

This home comfortably sleeps 7 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #2 contains a full-size bed. Bedroom #3 contains a twin-size bed The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom.

• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles with overflow on the street as needed on a first come, first served basis.

• This home is NOT pet friendly, due to the owners being highly allergic. Registered service animals only permitted. No other pets permitted, including emotional support animals.

• This home is equipped with two (2) external Ring security cameras, the first mounted on the front door and actively monitoring the home’s front entrance and street, and the second mounted on the back door and actively monitoring the home’s back entrance and backyard.
