This Tallahassee house boasts 4 inviting bedrooms, each with a queen bed. With 3 bathrooms, including a jetted bathtub, The house is in peaceful Killearn Lakes, one of the best neighborhoods in Tallahassee! Close to shopping and great local restaurants. Split floor plan, with a fireplace, a back porch, and a fenced backyard. Master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. One bedroom has a half bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. Hardwood floor in the living area and all bedrooms. Nice appliances. Fully stocked kitchen and laundry room! The garage is not available.

Yes it is a bit outdated but very spacious and we found it clean and comfortable. It's a great space, and the host Zen is very responsive.

So convenient to the Lake Iamonia Lodge

We gathered for my son’s wedding and had a lovely time. Neighborhood was quiet. The house was large and the beds comfortable.

Wedding weekend

Everything was great from check-in to checking out. Only negative thing I can think of is that the TV screen needed to be cleaned and I really didn’t care about it. Would come back if I have the need to visit Tally again.

Clean cozy home

Th place has all the amenities in the kitchen. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Just no tv in the rooms which would be the icing on the cake

Property was very nice outside. The fence was falling down in some spots and holes. Also there was poison ivy in the backyard. It looks like it had not been cleaned in several months. Poison ivy is not good for pets especially dogs that like to snip and walk around the house was very clean. I did not like the fact that the fourth bedroom was locked. Just because I only had three people does not mean I could not have used the fourth bedroom to put stuff in i.e. the closet space I was there for an out-of-town wedding so I had a lot of supplies that were brought in

Would stay again

House was beautiful inside. Would stay again. TV’s in bedrooms would be nice. Some chairs on screened porch would be helpful. Please cut grass in backyard. For us older customers magnifying mirrors in bathrooms would help. We did not have any instructions when we checked out as to laundry items. Most Vrbo properties we have stayed have a notebook with all instructions. Overall very nice property.

This house worked well for our multi-generational family who was in town for a family funeral. Zen was a very responsive host. The home was very no-frills, but was spacious and the kitchen was stocked with a variety of appliances. The neighborhood was safe and walkable, and we appreciated the fenced-in yard for our dog.We did notice a very strong bleach/cleaning product smell throughout our stay, which lingered despite our attempts to air out the house. Additionally, the electronic lock was not user-friendly and even the millennials/gen Z members of the family struggled to use it. Overall it was a good stay, thank you!

Location, for our needs, was excellent. Nice quiet neighborhood. Layout of house was excellent for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. Host was responsive during check-in. Beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. One chair in dinette was broken, and one bar chair was broken. Kitchen was adequately equipped. Rooms were lacking in wall decor.

This was for a quick gathering of friends from cities a few hours away in either direction. Property is in a nice suburb outside the city with plenty of space for groups of 4. Very comfortable & spacious with a grocery less than 2 miles away. Would definitely stay here again.
