The Space:
Situated at the corner of Whitaker St. and Congress, this stunning two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment offers spacious accommodations for up to six guests right in the heart of Savannah. Enter through your private entrance using a unique door code, and step into an open-concept space that seamlessly blends living, dining, and kitchen areas into a bright, airy environment.
The living room features an oversized sofa that doubles as a queen pull-out bed, with stylish décor and abundant natural light streaming through large windows, creating an inviting atmosphere for relaxation. A new smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi are ready for you to stream your favorite shows and movies.
Just behind the living room, a fully equipped kitchen awaits, featuring brand-new appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to cook—pots, pans, dishware, utensils, and fresh coffee. The high-top bar with two barstools offers a casual dining option.
On the main floor, you'll also find a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience and a powder room with a single vanity and toilet.
Ascending the staircase, you'll find two ensuite bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Both ensuites are outfitted with luxurious king mattresses, crisp linens, and plush pillows, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Ample storage in closets and dressers makes it easy to settle in for longer stays.
The ensuite bathrooms are well-appointed, one featuring a shower/tub combination and the other a low-entry shower. Both come with essentials like towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free stay.

Getting Around:
If you're driving, we recommend heading to the Whitaker Street Parking Garage which is only a block away straight down Whitaker! It is a one-way so please be careful.
Getting around is easy with walkable streets, bike rentals, and Uber/Lyft service. Jump on Savannah’s public transit system with the Whitaker and Broughton WB just a 1-minute walk from the apartment. This free DOT trolley circulates downtown and provides ample stops at all the major attractions.
