Greeted by an artistically designed front yard and porch, you will gain access to the property through the main entrance with a smart lock.
This two-story home has been designed with your experience and comfort in mind, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Move-in ready and fully equipped for a short or long-term stay.
All bedrooms come with brand-new, flat-screen, smart TVs, ceiling fans, and additional features.
Enjoy beautiful luxury vinyl plank floors throughout the living areas, lush comfortable carpets in bedrooms and the upper floor.
Stepping in, you will find our elegant dining area with a modern dining set for up to six to your right. Enjoy maximum lighting control, to set the mood just right for your dinner date, game night, or family lunch. The enchanting chandelier is on a dimmer switch, all windows come with room-darkening blinds and/or curtains.
Following the hallway, you will access our open-concept living and kitchen area. The kitchen features ample workspace with beautifully crafted countertops, a never-ending-kitchen island, and a breakfast bar with seating for 3. It is fully equipped with every tool or gadget you could ask for as well as brand new kitchen appliances. Stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster oven/air fryer combo, and coffee maker, just to name a few. Coffee lovers will love our coffee bar! Spice up your morning by adding flavored syrups to your cup of coffee, treat yourself ;-)
The laundry room comes with a brand-new washer and dryer, available for use during your stay, at no extra cost, for additional convenience during your stay.
Right next to it, you will find the half bathroom and access to the 2-car garage with 2 level 2 EV chargers. All you have to bring is a 220VAC three-prong plug and adapter for your car. You are then all set to charge it during your stay!
Please note: one of the car spaces inside the garage is currently occupied. The current spaces allows for a single car to be parked inside the garage.

Sit back and catch up on your favorite shows in our living room. Our leather couch is chic and comfortable, with a reclining option for additional comfort on 3 of the seats. The flat-screen smart TV comes with all of the most commonly used streaming apps pre-installed for your convenience. Log into your account and jump right back into your favorite entertainment. From here you also get to enjoy dreamy forest views that enchant throughout the different seasons. Ignite our modern fireplace with just the push of a button on the remote, to add a truly magical flair. You can even change between differently colored flames to fit your mood!
The backyard and patio can be accessed through a sliding door from right here, or the adjacent primary bedroom.
The primary bedroom is the biggest bedroom, it comes with a gorgeous king-sized bed. You can adjust the height of the headrest with the push of a button, for more comfort while you watch TV on our big flat-screen smart TV or to find the perfect sleeping position (to avoid snoring :) )The big sliding door offers more stunning forest views, or you can darken the room by closing the curtains.
The attached bathroom features a Jake-and-Jill-style spacious vanity, a steam walk-in shower with two shower heads, a big walk-in closet, and a separate toilet.
Enjoy a spa-like experience during your stay! The shower is completely sealed off, top to bottom, to capture the steam during use. Add a few drops of your favorite essential oil or similar fragrance to enjoy a lavish shower experience.
The upper floor can be reached by taking the steps by the entrance.
Here you will find the remaining bedrooms and the additional living room/bonus room.
The first guest bedroom comes with another beautiful king-sized bed with a remote to adjust the headrest height, a spacious walk-in closet, and its own attached bathroom.
The bathroom features an elegant vanity, toilet, and shower/tub combination.
The second guest bedroom comes with a comfortable queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, and attached bathroom. This bathroom is shared with the third guest bedroom and features a stylish vanity, shower/tub combination, and toilet.
The third and last guest bedroom features another gorgeous king-sized bed, a big walk-in closet, an attached bathroom, and a laptop-friendly workspace, offering the perfect set-up for home or office work. Enjoy more enchanting forest views! This bed also has a reclining feature, controlled through a remote.
Last but not least, this vacation home also has a considerable bonus room. It was designed to function as a second living room. It features a comfortable sleeper couch, another big flat-screen, smart TV, and another laptop-friendly workspace. In addition, this room offers a unique space for your yoga, meditation, or similar home workout. Please feel free to use our yoga mat, yoga brick, and other equipment we have on-site or bring your own.
We also offer additional family amenities, such as: High chair, plastic dinnerware (safe for children's use), a stairgate, and Pack and Play. The bonus room is an excellent place to set up the Pack and Play or to use as a playroom for younger members of your group.

We choose this name for this home, because of the truly one-of-a-kind experience guests get to enjoy in the backyard. This home has one of the biggest backyards in the subdivision and it has been lovingly set up and designed to create a unique feel. Because Flagstaff is the first dark-sky-city worldwide, the stars seem to shine brighter here, than anywhere else. Soak and relax in our 7-person hot tub, with adjustable jets, light, and waterfall feature while you enjoy the view! The perfect way to unwind after a long day of hikes, sightseeing, skiing, or similar adventures.
Enjoy a BBQ with your group. Our gorgeous outdoor dining set is the perfect occasion to enjoy a meal outdoors or just to hang out!
The outdoor firepit also offers a one-of-a-kind experience to enjoy! It is propane-powered for easy use. Gaze at the stars and enjoy "glamping" at its best ;-)
