4th of July Weekend

This is a nice property with a beautiful deck that backs up to pine trees. It was also able to accommodate a large group comfortably. We look forward to returning in the future.

We had a great stay. The neighborhood was quiet, the house had everything we needed. We love there was a walking path behind the house we were able to take the kids down to. It’s close to downtown flagstaff. Ray was available when we had questions, we would stay here again. Thank you!

Gathered with two other couples to see the area.Spent 5 nights. Home was great and had everything you might need. We didn't use the BBQ or hot tub but it was nice to have the option. Will consider renting again if we are in the area.

Escape the Heat

My friends and I wanted to celebrate our girlfriend’s 70th birthday. 4 ladies stayed at the home. There were 2 primary suites with bathrooms attached. And two very spacious additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The home was perfect size for us all to spread out and enjoy. Plenty of space in the living and dining room. Great neighborhood for morning walks, and the deck outside was perfect for enjoying the cool summer weather of Flagstaff. The hot tub was fairly small, but worked for 3 of us. We enjoyed getting away from the 106 degree weather in Phoenix! Definitely would recommend this home!

Surrounded by Pines

The house was perfect for our group of 7. We felt away from it all while still having easy access to Flagstaff and areas around it. The pine tree smell outside greeted us every day. The check-in and out process was simple and smooth. We had trouble with a couple appliances, which is why we give it 4 stars instead of 5.

Graduation week-end in beautiful Flagstaff

The house could not have been more perfect. Location is excellent - Quiet area with a wonderful train outside the door. Linens and towels were great. Set up was as described. The deck is fabulous with the hot tub and plenty of seating. Our group was grandparents to a 10 year old and everyone had a great time. Five minutes of NAU (we were there for graduation). Will definitely return

Family stay in Flagstaff

Overall my family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our needs and had more than enough space to accommodate the 5 of us. I loved the view from the back deck and as a runner, it's direct access to the urban trail system. The location of the house was great, close enough to downtown Flagstaff (5min) without being directly in downtown flagstaff. Great for families that want to stay close to the action without being in the action. Our only regret was not making time to enjoy the hot tub on the deck as I'm sure it would have felt terrific after long days of hiking.

My family and I call Flagstaff our primary residence although we have lived for many, many years in Scottsdale and continue to have our secondary residence there. Flagstaff is a wonderful place and a very special place for my family. I am a graduate of Northern Arizona University where I studied business and earned my business degree back in 1992.
My wife is also in the real estate industry where we both specialize in both the Flagstaff and Scottsdale real estate markets where we have lived and have a vast knowledge of these areas.

When I first saw this property available for sale, I found a property that I thought was very unique and special! When you are inside the home you are enamored by the 19' tall vaulted ceiling featuring huge windows looking out to the forest behind the home. You really feel that you have left the city and are in the middle of the forest! The single level layout of the home is also a very hard to find feature in Flagstaff. The home feels much, much larger than what it really is. The floor plan is so inviting and comfortable and the rear deck extends nearly the entire with of the home including the garage! As a guy, the garage was also something very special and rare. It is a 3 car garage but also is very deep....nearly 33 feet deep! Plenty of room for 3 cars, storage and a work shop! I have plenty of experience in remodeling homes as I have done numerous fix and flip properties in my career. I originally envisioned updating some items in this home when I purchased the home but then I seemed to add more and more items to my list of things that I wanted to change and after spending nearly 6 months working on the home I ended up with all new flooring, new cabinets, new fixtures, new custom travertine showers, new appliances, and new paint (inside & out). There is also a lot of other items I put into the home like home automation & security. This is not your typical 'vacation home'. This home is very unique and special and a lot of extra attention to details and quality features have gone into the home.

There are a few other things that make this home quite unique. It sits on a large .82 acre parcel that backs to the pine forest. The home sits on a hillside and the rear patio is elevated above the forest floor and the Flagstaff Urban Trail. From the backyard, you can literally enjoy hiking or biking on over 50 miles of paths that run throughout Flagstaff. You can take the urban trail to the Coconino County Fairgrounds, NAU or even Walmart not to mention lots of other places! This single level home is also handicap accessible for those in need. There is a hot tub located out on the rear deck overlooking the trees for a great relaxing time year round! The home features 2 master bedrooms with King size beds, 1 bedroom with Queen size bed and a forth bedroom with 2 full size beds. This home is made to sleep up to 10 people very comfortably! An additional queen size air sleeper sofa is available to allowing 12 people to sleep comfortably on beds. There is also room to fit an air bed if necessary.
