Rénovation complète.
Air conditionné complet, système split, unités situées dans le salon et les deux chambres

Profitez de votre café tôt le matin ou de l'après-midi de mai tai et de pupu assis sur la véranda tout en regardant les baleines à bosse se briser au loin, ainsi que les couchers de soleil phénoménaux. Vous profiterez d'une vue imprenable sur l'océan à 180 degrés depuis ce condo au rez-de-chaussée de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains, dans un complexe de 50 unités. Un complexe plus petit signifie moins de clients à la piscine que les complexes avec un grand nombre d'unités.

Situé directement en face de Cove Park, un lieu de surf commun, et à un pâté de maisons des plages de Charlie Young et Kamaole I.

Les installations sur place comprennent une piscine, un bain à remous, des courts de tennis et des barbecues sur le pont.
De plus, nous ne facturons pas de frais de service pour nos équipements.

De plus, il n'y a pas de parking gratuit et nous avons droit à un stand par unité. Il y a beaucoup de stationnement pour un deuxième véhicule dans la rue

L'unité contient 2 chambres avec un lit queen dans chaque chambre, une cuisine complète, une buanderie en suite, 2 salles de bain complètes et pourra accueillir confortablement 5 personnes. Air conditionné complet.

Rénovation complète terminée. De haut en bas. Tous les nouveaux appareils électroménagers, armoires, comptoirs, planchers, accessoires de salle de bain. Des avertisseurs de fumée et d'eau ont également été installés.

The AC worked great when we needed it. The unit was beautiful and well stocked. The location of the unit and the complex were perfect for us. Walking distance to great coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and mild waves for beginner surfers.

The location was very convenient, walking distance to many restaurants and multiple beaches. We really loved spending time on the lanai. The unit is spacious and well-furnished. Would definitely stay again.

Best Condo in Kihei!

Definitely the best condo in Kihei that we have encountered! Perfect location close to food/shops/beaches a great view a very modern layout/decor. Unusual to find a large/open kitchen and fairly large bedrooms! They also had everything we needed to cook and beach gear!

Work play vacation

We had a wonderful stay doing a little work and a lot of play. It was a perfect location, great views, and we really enjoyed the non-touristy feel of Kihei. Would love to come again and recommend it to friends!

Amazing view

Over the years we have stayed multiple places along this stretch of road, this place became our favorite . The property had an amazing view of the ocean, great outdoor facilities and even better location. The unit is nicely updated, very clean and a fully stocked. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Marvellous Maui

The property is in an ideal location for exploring the wonderful beaches of Maui. The condo is very comfortable updated .The complex is quiet and very well run , people around very friendly. Amazing view and fantastic location

We are looking forward to staying in this same condo again! It has an amazing view and being ground level allows for kids to run around on the grass. Easy access to the pool and beach across the street. Very comfortable condo! We loved breakfast and dinner/sunsets out on the lanai. Thank you for the great time! Can't wait to enjoy it again!

Best spot in the complex

Beautiful condo,clean,cozy amazing views. The property is beautiful! People walking up the street cut through the hedges to get group pictures around the properties corner garden. It’s easy to make new friends here because it’s small and we all gathered at the pool after our daily adventures. Watching the surf school is great entertainment with coffee on the back porch. Great little restaurants, bars with music and food trucks all in walking distance. I would recommend staying here.

Our families have been coming to Maui since the early 80's, it has always been a paradise for us. It is relaxing, easy to get around, and a very comfortable location.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The most unique thing about our property is the ability to sit on the lanai and watch the ocean, whales and surfers at any time. No obstruction to your view, simply breath taking. Not to mention the beautiful renovation completed. We pride ourselves in our crystal clear water in our heated pool.
And remember a smaller complex means not as many guests at the pool.
