We’re glad you found the unit well appointed and convenient, and we appreciate your kind comment that it was one of the nicer units you’ve stayed in. We’re sorry that the beds and sofa bed did not provide the comfort you expected. We’ll share your comments with the owner for consideration. We also understand how frustrating the parking issue and elevator outage must have been, particularly for your elderly family members and with a stroller. We’re glad the gatehouse was able to provide an alternative parking space quickly. Regarding the shortened final day due to building tenting, this was a property-wide requirement outside of our control. We understand the inconvenience of receiving that notice so close to your arrival and appreciate your understanding. We also appreciate your feedback regarding check-in/check-out times and the additional property and amenity fees. Some of these charges are established by the condominium association rather than by the individual unit, but we understand how important it is for guests to have clear expectations about all costs before arrival. We’ll continue to share this type of feedback with the appropriate parties. Thank you again for staying with us and for helping us identify areas where the guest experience can be improved.
