This is a beautiful and inviting condo, family owned for over 30 years, in the hidden treasure that is Indian Shores, FL. On a barrier Island, the condo is right across the street from a pristine beach that must be seen to be believed, with private beach access.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has a king master suite, with the guest room containing a queen and a twin mattress, and very comfortable sofa and love seat in the living room with motorized recline features.

In unit washer and dryer make laundry a breeze, and great wifi and Roku Smart TV's throughout make it good for nights in as well.

A spacious pool, deck, and hot tub are on the property, with a fishing dock into the intracoastal waterway that is directly behind the property.

This location is absolutely perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway, with lots of great nearby attractions such as restaurants, parks, mini golf, and water sports.

As a bonus, it is a short drive from the airports, the cities of Tampa, St. Pete, and Clearwater, and the Busch Gardens Amusement Park and Water Park, as well as only 2 hours away from Orlando and its Disney, Universal Studios, and other parks.

Everyone will find something to love about this location, and we look forward to you and your family enjoying it like ours has.

Was a great vacation from check-in to check-out. The condo was clean and had all necessities from beach gear to kitchen utensils. The morning was great to relax on the intercostal and pool area. The beach was a quick walk with excellent views. We will definately try to book another vacation here.

James is awesome. We had a small issue with the fridge and within 2 hours a brand new mini-fridge was delivered to get us through a day until everything was good with the regular fridge. He answered my questions very quickly.

3 Week Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Quiet Waters. Great location across from The Gulf. Our place faced Gulf Boulevard and was a bit noisy with the traffic. Pool and hot tub were nice.

Enjoyable vacation

We had such a great stay here! The unit is very spacious, clean, and so well stocked. The pool and hot tub were a great bonus. The beach is right across the street and so pristine and relaxing. The location is perfect, with many great spots and attractions just a short drive away. We had such an enjoyable vacation here, highly recommend!

Family trip to IRB

We stayed at this property for 12 nights with our 4 children ages 20, 18, 11, and 7. This was our first time in IRB. It was amazing and we will definitely be back! The property was perfect for us. Enough room for all of us and had everything we needed. Beach was easily accessible right across the street. We saw dolphins daily and even a manatee and a few stingrays. We usually visit Destin but all the kids agreed they preferred IRB with it's calm waters and less crowding.

Quiet and Relaxing

We had a great stay! The pool and dock was great for catching some sun and reading. The WiFi was fast, as I had to work a few days during my stay. Close walk to Caddy’s and the beach access is right across the street! Highly recommend

Perfect Family Beach

This property was perfect for our family. The walk to the beach was literally across the street & was no problem for our special needs 5 year old. Neither the beach nor the pool on-site were crowded and waking to dinner at Caddy’s was fun. Thanks for a great stay!

Unit nice but bed in second bedroom extremely hard and uncomfortable. Also a lot of work going on, on outside of bldg. that we were unaware of when we booked. Pool locked from 10p-8am and this also includes the fishing area so if you wanna fish you can only from 8am-10p.

Will definitely come back!

Not only was the location perfect, our host made sure the condo was comfortable. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys available to use which saved us alot of money. Our host was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Great location/great beach/great stay

The master bedroom - the bed: heaven. I slept great. Anything you forgot to bring, the condo had. It was well stocked with anything you needed. We were able to enjoy the grill, pool, and hot tub. Beach was just a short walk, like 2 minutes, and it was not busy at all. We loved it, would book again.

Great vacation spot

As a family we really enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed. It was pretty clean however the place does need some renovations. Cracked tiles and floor coverings are old and becoming unglued. That did not stop us from having a good vacation. Easy access to pool and beach was important and this place had that.

Everything was exactly as it was explained on the Vrbo website. James is excellent with communication. Very clean, well stocked, and plenty of items to cook with. The only recommendation in the kitchen would be to get a keruig coffee maker. A/C was perfect. Towels & linens were nice along with beach towels. There was a carry cooler, ice packs in freezer, beach umbrella, 5 beach chairs, and lots of noodles to float on in the water. Perfect location. Caddy's was our favorite restaurant. Walk to it! Quiet and peaceful at night. Master bedroom and bathroom are huge! Lots of leftover products to use under sinks. Enjoy! We will be back!

Amazing property!

Everything was just as described. Anything we needed was right at our fingertips just like home. The beach is a very short walk just across the street. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy. He was really helpful with everything. The pool was amazing as well. Nice and warm and clean! My family really enjoyed our stay and will definitely look into this place again next year.

A bargain stay - great location, everything we need

We've stayed in this area on several previous occasions, and have paid a lot more for a lot less! The location is perfect - just across the road from a sandy path to the beach, where we spent most days. The condo is spacious, with plenty of room for two of us, and would also be large enough for 4 people. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable - we slept extremely well every night. The shower in the en-suite was large and water was hot (we didn't use the shower or tub in the other bathroom, but they looked just fine). Kitchen has everything you could need. The washing machine and tumble dryer were excellent - washed and dried well and meant we didn't need to bring so many clothes with us. The owner was always prompt when we messaged him, both before and during the stay. All in all a fantastic stay, and we will definitely stay here again next time we visit the area.

Good place to stay

Overall, it was a good stay, but there were some things that needed some attention. Like there were tiles that flexed when walked on that caused grout to crack and come up. As well as the kitchen had ants or some type of Nat on the counters at all times. Other than those issues, it was actually a really great property quiet, close to the beach, great restaurants and activities nearby, and the pool and hot tub were really clean generally nobody bothered you.

Lovely Place

The condo was immaculately clean and had all the conveniences we needed for our week long stay. The pool and grill area was nice to use in the great weather we had, and cooking indoors worked out well too. Being so close to the beach meant we could come back for lunch rather than packing and hauling everything with us for the day. The area was great-- for walking, cycling, beach-going, all manner of food options. A short drive away are larger grocery stores and such, but not so near as to encroach on the beach "feel" of this sort of vacation. St Petersburg is quite close as well (about a half hour drive) so we were able to visit the beautiful, lively harbor area. Orlando was an easy drive, so we did that as a day trip too (about 1 1/2 hour commute). We were very happy with our stay and felt really lucky that we booked this great accommodation.

Great getaway!!

Great condo in the intercostal that has everything you need for your stay. Heated pool & hot tub with walk out to pier is a bonus. It’s a 3 minute walk to the beach, access to public transportation with plenty of Uber/Lyft if needed. This is a quiet location so if you’re looking for a more “exciting” stay, you should look towards St.Pete Beach. Residents staying in the other units there were mostly in their late 70’s . Would be great for a small family. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Owner communication was phenomenal. Will consider again if looking to stay in the area. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great getaway

Great location just across the street to beach access path. If you need a change from the beach, the property has a nice pool and hot tub area leading to a pretty path through the mangroves to the intercoastal waterway, very scenic in either direction. Pool area also has a big BBQ with picnic tables, a nice plus which we took advantage of. The condo was nice and spacious, with patio doors facing beach. Bedroom nice and roomy. Second bedroom had 2 beds. Everything worked well and the unit was well stocked. Washer and dryer are a big plus. Host contacted us when some work was expected in the complex. We really enjoyed our stay. Our unit was very comfortable and convenient.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

My father first discovered the beautfil small town of Indian Shores when he was a reporter for the St Pete times in the late 70's, who bought in this building, and we have been coming ever since.

Indian shores sits on a narrow barrier island in the gulf, allowing this building to sit right on the Intracoastal Waterway, while enjoying private access to the beach directly across the street. It is an amazing, quiet, and relaxing getaway, with gorgeous beaches that are never crowded.

There are plenty of local restaurants, bars, and attractions, and the location is also a short trip to the cities of Clearwater, St Pete, and Tampa, making it very easy to get to and from, and providing easy access to big city amenities and night life for those looking for that as well.

Overall we feel that you will come to love this place as much as we have, and join our repeat renters, many of whom have been renting with us for over a decade, and some for over two decades.
