Our centrally located ski condo puts you steps away from restaurants, bars, shopping, and shuttle to The Village and Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort.

Start your day with a cup from the fully stocked coffee and tea bar. Enjoy the slopes all day, then relax in one of three community jacuzzis or sauna. Popcorn included!


The Space--
Bedroom 1 is a private bedroom with 1 Queen bed, a TV with Roku, and a sink and vanity so you can brush your teeth and put on makeup while the bathroom is in use.

Bedroom 2 is an open loft with 2 Queen beds and 1 Twin bed - partitioned between the Queen beds with a curtain (option to partition the Twin as well)

*We are one of the only airbnbs that washes the duvet covers after EACH guest - most do not. Ask your host!
*There is a humidifier available for your use to soothe your skin from the dry mountain air.

The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and is well-stocked with basic essentials. Plenty of fresh, clean bath towels are available for your use.
*Forget something? I provide toothbrushes, toothpastes, hair ties, deodorant, lotions, dental floss, and other supplies you may have left behind.

Living room has 2 recliners and a loveseat sofa for your comfort. Large Smart TV for all of your entertainment needs :) Full view of Mammoth Mountain from the living room window in Winter!
*Imagine sipping your morning coffee and checking out the conditions on the mountain from the recliner!

Kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, cooking oils, spices, sharp knives, array of spatulas and wooden spoons, cutting boards, cast iron pan, full set of pots and pans including a 2 huge soup pots, bake dishes, cookie/baking sheets, pizza stone, colander, mixing bowls, toaster, slow cooker, coffee maker, hot water kettle, vegetable steamer, bar/cocktail mixing set, and Belgian waffle maker!

Outside ski storage available. Key is hanging by the door.

No smoking/vaping inside or outside (this condo complex is strictly nonsmoking on premises)

Parking for MAXIMUM 2 cars, must display the provided parking permits
