Bienvenue dans notre chalet confortable !! Nous sommes à moins d'un mile de deux plages avec accès aux nombreux restaurants et vie nocturne que Newport a à offrir. Notre maison a un plan d'étage ouvert et aéré qui permet un flux facile pour vous et votre famille ou vos invités à partager pour créer des souvenirs. Tout dans notre maison est tout neuf ... tout le mobilier, de la cuisine au pont, au grill, aux lits, aux commodes, au linge de maison et à une laveuse et une sécheuse à haute efficacité. Notre cuisine est équipée d'un mixeur, d'une cafetière, d'ustensiles de cuisine, de casseroles, de poêles et de plats. Inclus dans votre séjour est Internet sans fil et télévision avec câble. Nous offrons à la fois une allée et un stationnement dans la rue ainsi qu'une toute nouvelle douche extérieure, la climatisation centrale, une cour arrière nouvellement aménagée et un hamac avec de nouveaux meubles de pont confortables !!

Excellent cottage in Middletown

The cottage is very clean and well-stocked with anything you could possibly need. Very nice deck to relax before or after the beach. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

A lovely home base in a beautiful part of Middletown

We spent a month here, working while our kids attended camp and explored the area. Lynn went out of her way to keep us comfortable, informed and connected to the neighborhood.

Peaceful getaway

We had such a wonderful stay! This house is lovely, and fully stocked. It’s just a few minutes from Newport, but a little off the main road, so it’s peaceful. Lots to do and see nearby. Even my teenagers loved it! ❤️⛵️🐳

Middletown Cottage

Beautiful home so close to beaches. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Lynn had all the supplies we needed! Loved the yard and outdoor shower. So nice to bring our golden doodle with us and have a fenced in yard.

Lovely cottage with great amenities!

We loved staying at this property. Having all the amenities of home - with an updated kitchen and bathroom - made settling into the house and community easy. The deck was fabulous and gardens meticulously manicured. We walked into Newport to explore the town and took the recommendations of the owner regarding restaurants and activities. All in all, we loved our time in Rhode Island!

Fantastic Stay!

This is a great property. Its surprisingly spacious, comfortable, clean, well appointed. The fenced backyard is attractive and petsafe. Great place to walk your dog up the street "away from it all". The outdoor shower is great. Plenty of beach chairs and towels. Super convenient to restaurants in Middletown and First and Second beaches. Easy to get to Newport and further afield. 100% recommend.

This was a perfect Newport hideaway for my daughters and myself. The house is so close to everything -Newport beaches, Thames Street, and the mansion district were all just minutes away. Despite the prime location, the house felt incredibly private and tucked away from the bustle. It was the best of both worlds: convenience and calm. The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming, with friendly neighbors that made the stay feel even more comfortable. Lynn was a fantastic host - responsive, thoughtful, and quick to resolve the one small issue I had during my stay. Her attentiveness made a big difference. I’ll absolutely be staying here again. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with unbeatable access to Newport’s best spots, this is it.

Wonderful vacation

The location was great. We biked to 2nd and 1st beach, which is awesome on a busy day, no parking needed. We took an Uber to town a few times and drove sometimes. Just a short drive to Thames. The location was nice because it was private and quiet, but close to everything. The house was clean, well stocked and Lynn was so easy to communicate with. We’d stay again! Thanks Lynn!

Graduation Weekend

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay for our twins HS graduation from St. George’s. The location was perfect as the kids could walk over to visit us. The kitchen was nicely renovated and clean and well stocked. The house had everything we needed and Lynn was super responsive. The deck was very peaceful with nice comfortable furniture. Thank you!

Fabulous location and well maintained home

Clean and well supplied home with much needed items to make our stay enjoyable. Perfect for our dog and two boys who rode their scooters in the neighborhood and close enough to walk to the beaches and several restaurants. The first evening there we had dinner at First Beach watching the sunset and we walked from the cottage. The outdoor shower was nice after spending the day at the beach. We used the grill several times and ate out on the deck. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect property & location for our needs

The property was as described and perfect for our stay. The kitchen is well stocked and the property was clean and well maintained. Yard is fenced in so our dog did not have to be leashed. Great deck furniture. Location was just right less than a mile from the beach. If only the weather cooperated! Will most definitely stay again. Lynn responded to any questions promptly. A Perfect Spot

Lynn and Marty's house was just what we wanted. Very clean and well supplied. Great location with easy access to beaches, restaurants, mansions. In a quiet neighborhood with a nicely furnished back deck and totally fenced in back yard. Air conditioning was a nice feature, as it was warm when we visited. Lynn was very easy to communicate with. We were in the area for our son's wedding, so the groomsmen were able to gather there and dress before the wedding. While it is very close to Newport, it is away from all the traffic and crowds of downtown Newport. If we visit the area again, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Nice Stay

Overall, we had a nice stay. Great location. The kitchen was clean, new appliances were great. The house is stocked with everything you need. However, the house is almost too stocked! Because it is so well stocked, it is almost overwhelming trying to find things easily. It also left very little room for our own food, etc. Also, we were a bit disappointed in the backyard. I am not sure if we were the first guests of the season, but the backyard furniture was dirty, not swept, and we could not really open the shed. We really looked forward to BBQing, but it looked like it had not been cleaned in months, was covered in cobwebs, etc (I did not want to spend my vacation cleaning a BBQ). I am sure as more people stay this summer, it will get cleaned up.

Stacey, I’m sorry you felt the house was too well stocked. We keep cleaning products, garbage bags, coffee and varying supplies so our guests don’t have to run around and purchase these things. The grill was replaced and was scheduled to be replaced. The shed opens although grass does grow outside the doors. Sometimes leaves blow off the trees after it’s windy which inevitably leaves debris on the cushions. Most people know this and just wipe them off. When you left, you left the refrigerator full of food. I’m not sure you were aware of it. All the cabinets in the kitchen are empty for your items, with the exception of dishes, silverware and pots and pans for cooking. I hope this helped to clarify your struggles during your stay. Lynn

Fantastic get away!

Property was quiet, well-kept, and had everything we needed - perfect for a week away to enjoy everything the area has to offer, including the beaches and restaurants. Yard is well-fenced and made for a great place for our dog to explore around. Lynn was wonderfully communicative, detailed, and helpful navigating the ins and outs of the property. We can’t thank her enough for helping us have a silver lining through a stressful holiday week!

Beautiful backyard

Lush green grass, hammock, fenced in backyard with very comfortable porch furniture… perfect for children and pets. Brand new kitchen with top notch appliances and cookware. A must stay. Loved it.

Great Middletown/Newport Location

We had an excellent time Staying here for over a week in Aug/Sept. Convenient to beaches, downtown Newport and everything Aquidneck island has to offer. The new Kitchen is great as was the outdoor shower. Quiet street and nice rear deck. The host has great communication and was a pleasure to work with throughout.
