Gulfview is close to the beach and next to waterpark. Amenities include a pool, hot tub, + community BBQs. 1 parking space included

The Space:

If you'd like a newer condo for a cozy retreat, this condo is ideal. The complex is super close to the beach access at the Holiday Inn, so you and your family don’t have to cross any busy streets. Not being directly on the beach equates to a real value price.



Accommodates 6 people, just please note the bedding – it is perfect for families with young children. Features include WiFi, cable TV, and a small private patio



The condo has a private patio overlooking Sea Park SPI (waterpark) and parking lot.



The interior is fresh and modern with all-tile flooring, white quartz counters, and a new walk-in tile shower.



High-speed WiFi supports remote work and/or kiddo “screens” needs.



While there is free Parking Off Street 1 dedicated spot - 0ne downside is that there is only one reserved parking space included. For additional parking, you may need to use the city's Intermodal parking lot about three city blocks away.



The pool area here is a real treat as quite large & resort like, though not heated the Texas Sized 10 person jacuzzi is. There are also about 8 community use BBQ pits (bring charcoal) as well as patio tables for BBQs poolside – something very hard to find on the Island.

The property does have an elevator to access the 4th floor. As you walk in you will see the open floor plan kitchen that is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes etc. ready to go for family meals to save you time and money.



If you are not 25 years old, please contact us prior to booking as additional damage deposit requirements do exist. Door codes are provided on the day of check-in via text message before 3 pm.



Please contact us before making a reservation, not after, regarding any house rule questions, as we have a strict cancellation policy. We fully disclose this prior to booking and require all guests to read and agree to all house rules, as well as submit a Docusign rental agreement contract with a photo ID to verify age. This is not optional.



Our Short Term Rental License from the City of South Padre Island is available upon request.

We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, basic soaps & shampoos, trash bags, coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and not unlimited nor re supplied



Please note: This property has a $35 per person HOA wristband fee in March as well as Semana Santa Easter week the HOA charges we bill you for after booking is made. A max of 1 parking permit and 6 wristbands are provided.



Guest Access:

You will have full private access to the entire condo, which features a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and a private patio perfect for relaxing. In addition to your private space, you are welcome to enjoy the resort style community amenities, which include a large swimming pool, a spacious ten person hot tub, and several community barbecue pits with picnic tables. Access to the fourth floor is made easy via the building elevator. Your stay includes one dedicated parking space located on the premises.

Located in the heart of South Padre Island, our condo puts you in the perfect spot to enjoy the best of the coast. You are just a short walk from the beautiful sandy beaches, allowing you to easily spend your days soaking up the sun or swimming in the ocean without the hassle of crossing busy streets. The neighborhood is vibrant and family friendly, positioned right next to the local waterpark for endless afternoon entertainment. You will find a variety of local dining options and beach shops within a short walk or a very quick drive, making it simple to grab a bite or pick up vacation essentials. Whether you are looking for a relaxing day by the water or a fun excursion, the convenience of our location ensures you are never far from the action.



Getting Around:

Our condo is conveniently located in the heart of South Padre Island, making it easy to explore the area. Your stay includes one dedicated parking space on the premises. If you are traveling with more than one vehicle, additional free public parking is available at the city Intermodal parking lot, which is located about three blocks away. While the island is very walkable, you can also utilize local shuttles or rent a golf cart to get around. For those flying in, the nearest major airport is Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport, which is approximately a forty minute drive from the property.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a smooth stay, please note that check in begins at 3 pm and check out is at 11 am. We require all guests to sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of a photo identification prior to arrival. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old unless prior arrangements are made. Access codes are sent via text message on the day of your arrival. Please be aware that infants are counted toward the maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Parking is limited to one dedicated space, and additional vehicles must be parked in the city lot three blocks away. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 9 am. During March, the homeowners association mandates a wristband fee per person for guests aged 10 to 35, which we collect to ensure your seamless building access. We provide a starter supply of essentials, but these are not replenished during your stay. Upon departure, please leave the thermostat at 78 degrees, start the dishwasher with your used dishes, and remove all trash to the dumpster.



Interaction with Guests:

We want your stay to be as comfortable and stress free as possible. Our property is professionally managed by South Padre Island Trips, and our local office is open daily from 9 am to 5 pm to assist you with any questions or needs that may arise during your stay. You will receive your door access codes via text message on the day of your arrival by 3 pm. For any inquiries before or during your visit, please send us a message through the platform where you booked, and we will respond as promptly as possible during our regular business hours.
