The Space:
1 king bed in master bedroom, . Blow up double sized airbed with pump provided at no extra charge, simply bring extra bedding to sleep 6 total
One upside is while the unit is small it does actually have a full sized equipped kitchen though dated.
Pool is great for after a long day at the beach. 1.5 blocks away is public beach access free to all
This is a very BASIC condo and the lowest price in our inventory. It is basic and useable it is NOT updated nor luxurious in ANY way. Reviews otherwise on property didnt read this somehow.
It is on 2nd floor and there is an elevator. Property includes 1 off street outside parking space
Less than 2 blocks to Louies, Tequila Sunsets, Longboards, DQ, da PIzza Joint, Bar on Bay (Bobs), Driftwood bar, Marlin restaurant, the Kraken & more. BEST location on south padre to go out at night no driving ever needed
Across street from the bay and wonderful Liam's Steakhouse bayside.
Condo has a nice sized kitchen, flat screen in both the living room and master bedroom, and walk in shower. Not updated however all tile floors
This condo does not have a balcony, please note and is not "brand new" inside but great for a budget minded traveler.
*Free Parking Off Street
While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that
If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up

This property and listing does require a few things after the booking is made
Our listing again, REQUIRES that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or older to book & must be present at check in. You MUST contact us prior to booking if you are not 25 - no exceptions - though it IS POSSIBLE sometimes with additional requirements.
2.) Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide your email address. You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to Airbnb messaging to age verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible with additional requirements
Please contact us prior to making a reservation not after about these stipulations above as we have a strict cancel policy. We are fully disclosing this prior to booking and require all guests to read and agree to all house rules as well as submit a docusign rental agreement contract with a pic of your photo ID to age verify. This is not optional
Guest Access:
You'll have access to all areas of the condo during your stay. This includes the master bedroom with a king bed, the full kitchen, the living room and the bathroom. Take advantage of the coin-operated laundry facilities and the provided off-street parking. The property also features a refreshing outdoor pool with in-water seating, ideal for unwinding. Remember, you're just a short walk from the free public beach access. This is a basic condo and is not newly renovated.
The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the heart of South Padre Island's Entertainment District, this condo places you steps away from the vibrant nightlife and dining scene. Walk to a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops, all within a few blocks. Enjoy easy access to the beach, just a short 1.5-block stroll away. For dining, you'll find everything from casual eateries to lively bars all within easy walking distance. The location is ideal for those who want to experience the best of South Padre Island without needing a car. Across the street, you can find Liam's Steakhouse Bayside. This condo offers the ultimate in convenience for those looking to immerse themselves in the island's energy.
Getting Around:
While South Padre Island is easily walkable, getting around is convenient. You'll find free parking available off-street for one vehicle. For those arriving by air, the property is a drive from Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport (BRO). Public transportation options on the island are limited, so having a car is recommended to explore the area fully.
Other Things to Note:
Important details to note for your stay: Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Please be aware that the primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present at check-in. An e-sign rental agreement and a photo ID are required after booking to maintain our city rental license. The maximum occupancy includes infants, and subletting is strictly prohibited. One parking space is provided. Coin-operated laundry is available. The property is professionally managed by South Padre Island Trips. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. No smoking, parties, or loud noises are permitted. Please ensure the thermostat is set to 78 degrees, dishes are in the dishwasher, and trash is removed upon check-out. A starter pack of essentials is provided; you may need to bring more for longer stays.
Interaction with Guests:
I'm readily available to assist you throughout your stay! You can reach me via the messaging system on the platform you booked through. I typically respond within a few hours, but I'll do my best to get back to you as quickly as possible. For urgent matters, please note that our office is open from 9 AM to 5 PM, seven days a week, and you can visit us at 2600 Padre Blvd. I'm here to ensure you have a fantastic experience!
