Modern luxury 2-bedroom unit near golden gate park in San Francisco
We are located in the safe Sunset District of San Francisco!
We host a private 2 bedroom(2 Queen bed) & 1 bath, a living space, with a private dining area as well on the lower floor of our home (Entry through the garage) . There are multiple public transport stops nearby (MUNI). We are close to Golden Gate Park, Golden Gate Bridge and Ocean Beach. We are living upstairs, so you will hear slight noises from the floor above. But we will reduce the noises! Thank you!
Our area is large and well-appointed, with backyard access, one standard room and one king room, both supplied with queen size beds and new mattresses. There is a kitchenette in the unit, and we also provide complimentary brand name Coffee, tea bags, bottle water, and beverages. The apartment also includes TV, high speed internet, and some kitchen items. This also includes a refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker (complimentary tea& coffee are offered for all guests) Unfortunately there’s NO STOVE or HOT PLATE for safety reasons!
Parking
The streets around us are all free to park. There is no designated parking spot nor any parking restrictions (Excep to street cleaning dates)! It's very easy to find parking. Because the driveways of houses in San Francisco are very narrow, you need to be careful when you park!
Pay attention to street cleaning times: The street cleaning times on each side of the street are different, so be sure to read the signs carefully. (I will also show the street cleaning times in the apartment)
Neighborhood: Our Neighborhood is filled with an assortment of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets just walk a few blocks. The Golden Gate Park is 5 blocks away and offers many festivals throughout the year; including Bluegrass Festival, Reggae in the Park, and Outside Lands. We also have great dining and shopping. The Sunset district offers a diverse culinary experience at prices that are more affordable than other parts of the city. The Sunset Blvd Farmer's Market also offers a great selection of fresh local produce and gourmet food selections.
Transportation is made simple with several public transport options for you to select from, such as the Muni train at Judah, which is blocks away and will take you to downtown San Francisco, Castro District, Chinatown or other areas!
Our property is in a perfect location. We offer a clean, comfortable place at a great value. It’s perfect for families, business travelers, and couples.
It close to Golden Gate Park, Land's End Hiking Trail, the De Young Museum, Botanical Gardens, SF Zoo, and is only 15 minutes from The Golden Gate Bridge!
The Sunset District offers a diverse culinary experience at prices that are more affordable than other parts of the city. During your stay, you will have a more realistic native San Franciscan experience than the touristy areas of the city.
POLICIES FOR STAY:
i) MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: You may not have more guests to stay than stated in your reservation. If your party exceeds its initial reservation without permission, you will be asked to leave the property and forfeit all payments.
ii) NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on our property. If there is any evidence of smoking on the property, you will be charged an extra 200$ smoking fee.
iii) NO PARTIES: Parties, or any group event is not allowed.
iv) ENTRY, INSPECTION, OR EVICTION: The owners reserve the right to enter the rental property with a valid warrant in case of an emergency, to make any repairs, or to supply anything necessary as well as to provide services requested.
v) NO PETS ALLOWED: Any and all pets are prohibited on our property, and any evidence found of pets staying will result in immediate eviction and an additional 200$ in cleaning fee. You will not be provided a return for your initial payment.
vi) MAINTENANCE AND DAMAGE: 1. We put a lot of effort into ensuring that our facilities are in good condition and that everything is in working order. However, we are not responsible for any refunds in the circumstance where our appliances/amenity is broken/malfunctioning or unavailable during your stay. We will do our best to make repairs within our control.
2. In the case of any damage on our property, you will be asked to pay for that item that is damaged.
vii) LIABILITY: We will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are also not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables during your stay; or any items left behind. If we find it and you request it to be shipped back, there will be a handling & shipping fee for their return. By reserving a stay, you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions listed above.

Exceptionally clean, private and quiet! Great home base location if you have a vehicle, plenty of free street parking and short drive to the airport. Kitchenette was well supplied with the basics. The beds were on the extra firm side, which was a bit uncomfortable but overall a lovely and reasonably priced option for a 2 or 3 night SF stay.

This house is very nice! It appears to be recently renovated and is modern and comfortable. It has a new house smell and is extremely clean and comfortable. The bathroom is beautiful. The kitchenette is also well designed. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe and quiet. That you for sharing your home.

It was very clean, easy check in. Yhe only problem we had was the seating arrangements.There were three of us, we could only sit around the table and those chairs at the kitchen table are very uncomfortable. Also, when the upstairs tenants/owner came home, you could hear them preparing dinner. But other than that, it was very quiet.There was a couch in the larger bedroom. But we used it for our suitcase.All in all it worked for us and we would use it again.
