Welcome to your stunning hillside retreat in the famed Franklin Hills! This wonderfully spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is designed around breathtaking city views and unforgettable sunsets, while still being centrally located to everything Los Angeles has to offer. The open-plan living area, filled with bright, natural light, seamlessly connects to a modern kitchen and dining space. Step through the doors onto the sun-drenched deck, the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine and watch the sun go down over the city. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ready for you to prepare a home-cooked meal. Whether you're here for a short holiday or a longer stay, you'll find everything you need. Rest comfortably in three private bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a queen, and a third with a full bed. One room also includes a dedicated workspace, ideal for catching up on emails. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer for your convenience. An in-unit washer and dryer are also available for your use.

Nestled in a quiet and scenic neighborhood, our home offers a peaceful escape while being centrally located. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The property looked exactly as depicted in the photos, and the views from the back porch were incredible. It is such a pretty area of Los Angeles, with great coffee shops and restaurants nearby. I would gladly stay here again!

We had a wonderful time staying here over a long weekend. The house is beautiful and well-appointed. The views really are stunning. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and sipping wine while we watched the sunset and the city lights. The location was perfect for us - close (within walking distance) to Gelson’s and Trader Joe’s as well as restaurants and other conveniences. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. And our hosts were friendly, helpful, and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this property, which for us is located in the perfect spot within Los Feliz. We were easily able to walk to everything we needed including restaurants, markets, and parks. Home was clean, modern, and comfortable, especially the beds. The view is stunning with a panorama of LA facing the west. We really enjoyed the magnificent sunsets from the deck while overlooking LA and the Santa Monica mountains with Griffith Observatory perched just above. Overall I would highly recommend this property with special praise for the graciousness of the owner Lilian, who was responsive and attentive throughout our stay. We hope to come back to LA and when we do, we hope to stay at this lovely property again.

Weekend with friends and fam!

We had the most amazing weekend and we couldn’t have picked a better spot than Claire’s property here in Los Feliz area. It was the perfect home base for the weekend we had planned that revolves around a few shows at the Hollywood Bowl! There were six of us, the property was perfect, plenty of space for us all and three bathrooms to boot helped for getting ready quickly. The property is so perfectly located for a weekend in Los Angeles,Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Burbank 
 all of the areas we had reservations in. Walking distance to super cute shops and restaurants. The spacious kitchen was perfect for big breakfasts and a Sunday bbq too! We will definitely stay here again! Five stars!

LaLaLand delight

Love this house in the hills overlooking part of LA. Beautiful views night & day. Well equipped & comfy beds. Will stay here agin as close to our son’s place. Deck was fantastic! Claire was a great help too! Thank you for the great stay!

We enjoyed the beautiful view at Claire’s place in LA. It’s a wonderful neighborhood with cute places to eat and drink nearby. We loved the house and it was so easy to relax and enjoy our stay there.
