Located in the heart of Downtown Oxford's social district, this completely renovated two-bedroom, one-bathroom upper apartment is the perfect place to stay. You'll have easy access to local restaurants, bars, and shops. From Spring through November, the trolley can take you from Downtown Oxford to Downtown Lake Orion on the weekend. The public boat launches of Lakeville Lake and Lake Orion are within 10 minutes. 6 golf courses are within 15 miles. Just a short walk away, you will find entertainment and various events.

We also have the front unit as a short-term rental (VRBO #4393261) that sleeps 4 with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a queen size sleeper sofa bed in the family room. With many wedding venues in the area, together, they are perfect for brides to prepare for the big day.

The place was exactly what we needed for a short weekend. Clean, safe, and well put together. It was a bit difficult trying to regulate the temperature of the room. It started off too cold so we turned up the heat and then it was too hot but there was no air or windows (in the one room) to bring the temp back down. The place was well insulated. Lots of kitchen ware to use in the event that you need to cook. A suggestion to the host is to add a pair of scissors to a drawer. The sheets are the softest sheets I’ve ever slept in. Literally ordered the same brand sheets that night off of Amazon. Fair warning though, the bed is made for people who prefer “firm as a rock” sleeping. Yet, I didn’t wake up stiff or sore, so I can’t complain too much.

This is an awesome property! The owners were excellent communicators. The listing was absolutely accurate. Oxford is such a cool town. We will be back and stay here again!

The apartment was very comfortable and I appreciated the quality furnishings and other touches like snacks and water. The only suggestion I would make is to perhaps include more towels. Other than the bath towels, there was only one hand towel and one kitchen towel available. In spite of that, we had a very nice stay; and I would highly recommend this place.

Perfect Downtown Oxford Stay

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment right in the heart of downtown Oxford! The location couldn’t have been better—steps away from great restaurants, bars, and surprisingly vibrant downtown activities. We honestly didn’t expect there to be so much to do, but between the buzzing social scene and the incredible arcade just a few doors down (which both the kids and adults absolutely loved), we were pleasantly surprised.The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated for exploring. What really stood out, though, was the property manager. They were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure everything about our stay was smooth and enjoyable—from check-in to local recommendations.We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and convenient spot in Oxford.

Perfection!

John and Sarah are incredible communicators and are so willing to bend over backwards to help us come up and see our children and our grandbaby! They made sure that we were safe getting into the unit because of the steps and everything was just perfect. You won't be disappointed.
