Lake front home, spacious and beautiful with amazing views and comfy King Beds.
From the moment you enter this spacious 3 bedroom lakefront home on Big Lake you will love the incredible views of the lake and neighboring wetlands with nature galore. You can cozy up on the couch in front of the gas fireplace and smart t.v with access to thousands of channels, movies and series. And With 2 comfortable king beds and 1 queen bed guests can relax in the spacious bright bedrooms. There are 3 full bathrooms and the primary has a hot tub and shower with multiple body sprays. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, blenders, a Ninja blender and just about everything you need to whip up a simple or gourmet meal. The lake front has a Sandy shoreline, mini beach and dock to swim, lounge, fish or keep your boat/ PWC on. No water toys? No worries a
Kayak, paddle board, and row boat are all included for your enjoyment to explore the lake in.
Currently the lake is frozen for ice fishing or to explore by foot or snowmobile/ATV or venture off to some local trails and metro parks at nearby metro parks. If snow skiing is your thing 3 local ski resorts are only 15-20 minutes away. So come enjoy what Big Lake has to offer with a stay at my tranquil lake front property. This rental is for the upper 2 levels ONLY. The lower level is not included, has a separate entrance, secured and may be occupied by the host or a traveling medical professional.

Originally from Downtown Rochester I love the water and built this house for my family to enjoy. Now an empty nester, I want to share the lakefront living experience with others. Iâm a licensed realtor in Mi and Fl., and enjoy out door activities such as kite boarding, fishing, hunting, snowboarding, snowmobiling and more.
Voici pourquoi lâhĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement
Obviously the lake is the number one reason but whatâs special about this neighborhood and location in particular is the up north country vibe without the drive.
Big Lake is a spring fed 220 acre all sports lake. It has a water ski course, sand bar, excellent fishing and is home base to the Spray Masters Ski Club.
The lake traffic in general is minimal for an Oakland County all sports lake. The neighborhood is fairly quiet with a mixture of younger and older families/homes with about 80% being full time residents.
And if youâre an avid sports person there are several nearby metro parks with bike, walking, nature, snowmobile/atv trails, public beaches, hunting, fishing and 3 local ski resorts. The Village of clarkston is our neighboring town and has plenty of restaurants from fine dining to dive bars. All within 15 minutes away.
Not to mention Shepards Hollow Golf Course about 5 minutes away.
