It’s a lovely apartment, quite cozy, and very clean. The weighted blankets on the beds were awesome! Communication with Aldo was quick and easy. Would definitely stay again. Only thing to be mindful of is that it’s the bottom floor, which means that you hear the people above moving around.

This is a hidden gem! If you’re visiting Salem, do yourself a favor and stay in Beverly at Aldo‘s. Everything was first rate. Super clean, host was super attentive to any questions. We loved every minute of our stay. Thank you, Aldo.!

This was a great property. We enjoyed Salem and Beverly. There are tons of places within walking distance in Beverly and a quick Skipper/Uber drive to Salem. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating for our group of 5 adults. Communication was great with Aldo, who even messaged us throughout our stay to ensure all was great. I hope your stay is as fabulous as ours!

Spacious, 3 bedrooms, with good size kitchen/dinning/living room area. Very clean. Neighborhood quite, walking distance to eateries and beach. Parking was a little tight and dishes/utensils/glasses were sparse, but for the weekend/event we were attending we managed. Communication with the owner was excellent! We would definitely stay there again.

The Wedding Stay

the location is very convenient to many amenities and easy to get to. It is a quiet neighborhood and a sort walk to the beach, I wish I had a fishing pole. this location appears to be relatively new or it is well maintained with plenty of amenities.

Close to Salem

Only a few minutes from Salem. The place was clean and perfect for 6 people. The shower was pleasant after a full day of walking Salem. The property manager was great to work with and answered all my questions.

Property was very clean. Had a very minor issue w a wet rug. I bring it up because w/in minutes of emailing Aldo, he had someone in to clean up and replace the rug! Aldo quickly responded to all my questions before and during our stay. Check-in was a breeze, keypad entry. Kitchen had what we needed. Bathroom was practically new, shower excellent, plenty of towels for all. Plenty of room, large, open living room, bedrooms nice size. Parking right outside. AC worked great, which was key in July! Looked exactly as shown on VRBO website. Location was perfect for my family reunion close by. It’s walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. Quiet, safe location. I would recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in the area. Much better (and more reasonable) than local hotels. I would definitely stay again!
