Quieter area, close to alot of attractions with easy access to roads. Place is decent size. We had 2 adults and one child. The place does need attention on updates especially in both bathrooms and new paint would help update the whole place. Other maintenance is needed as well throughout. Cleaning service wasn't the best prior when we arrived. Host was very polite and positive and response time was good.

We enjoyed our stay in Branson. The condo was great! It is small and cozy and very nice!!! You do have to go down a flight of stairs to get to the condo. Its ground floor but below the road. We were surprised by some beautiful deer by the condo one evening!! The balcony was super nice!! We loved the pool and the arcade!! It had a ice cream parlor and snack bar, video games and free pool tables and checkers! Such a great surprise!! When we go back to Branson, I would love to stay there again and bring my golf clubs next time!!! The golf course was BEAUTIFUL!!

The host was AMAZING!!! The setup was very beautiful. The location was spot on and centrally located. I would pick this stay again. Easy to find and the host answered you quickly.

I picked this property because it was close to Branson and had a pool. The pool was wonderful! The kitchen was well stocked. Everything seemed clean. I didn't find the king size bed to be comfortable at all. It made a terrible squeak every time I moved. Also, there are blinds but no curtains in the bedroom. The window faces east, so the room was bright at 6am. My husband was thankful for the comfortable couch and recliner. My daughter said that she slept well on the queen bed. We enjoyed eating our breakfast on the balcony. It would have been helpful to know that we would have to carry our luggage down two flights of stairs to the condo.

The condo was clean and very nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the condo was well stocked. It is located in a quiet area with ample parking. The host was great. We will be staying here again.

Rooms were very clean, some amenities werent open this time of year. Good for the off season price. Would be a 4 star if i golfed, but i feel like if you dont golf then the price is a little high for a course you dont use, overall not a bad property at all

Arrived at our destination at 6PM. The security guard was not at the gate to direct us to the correct building. Sign said he was on patrol and to call the listed number. Person answering gave us the wrong information, so we drove through the entire complex and finally found the building where the unit was located. Communication with Benton at this time was not good. My smart phone could not receive his information. My friend had to log in as me to communicate. I could sent, but not receive messages. By the time we did figure it out, we were very frustrated. And the 95 temperature did not help. Benton was not at fault for the above, however his response to our questions were not timely. for instance, we had not gotten check out instructions.at least an hour before we left, we asked for instructions. We had left and were on the road for about a half hour before he responded.

It was a pretty nice stay. The beds were comfortable & the main living area was great. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the shower in the master bathroom so we shared the shower in the 2nd bathroom. The deck was great to hang out on. It was pretty quiet until the last night/morning of check out, we started hearing the neighbors above be more active/louder.

I would definitely stay again! It was the perfect size and price for a short getaway to Branson. Everything was clean, and checkin was super easy. The only 2 down sides were the main bed was a little firm for our liking and there weren't many dishes. But that's not a big deal for most people.

The property was nice and the seller’s response time was good. We could not get the shower in the main bathroom to work, but the other bathroom had a smaller shower. The location was not horribly far from Branson Landing, but it was nestled away. It was worth the cost, but we would have preferred something a little closer to venues. If you want away from the hustle and bustle…this location is great.

For the rate we paid, this property was perfect. There were 3 adults and it was nice for my mom to have her own room with a bathroom and my husband and I to have our own room with a private bathroom. The living space and kitchen are small, but it was fine for our party. I would suggest bringing your own pillow. We ate at the White River Fish House on the Landing which was only a few minutes from the condo and really tasty. We would stay here again.
