Located in town across the street from the Wheelhouse Diner & Goatlocker Saloon and the snowmobile/ORV trail. 1 block away from gas station/convenience store, grocery store and within 1/2 mile of other restaurants and taverns in town. 10 mins. from Whitefish Point and Tahquamenon Falls. This perfect retreat offers 2 cozy bedrooms with 3 queen beds and 1 full bed, full kitchen and dining area, ideal for a small group of guests. Enjoy the excellent amenities like forced air heating, WiFi, electric fireplace, smart tv with Roku, on—demand water heater (never run out of hot water) washer/dryer and whole-house generator (never without power/water). The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers and hair dryers for your convenience and towels/linens are provided. Spacious mudroom for riding gear & helmets. Large yard that can accommodate trailer parking. Firepit and picnic table in secluded back yard for bonfires.

The property was as advertised and better. It was centrally located to the sightseeing we wanted to do. The Wheelhouse Diner across the street was convenient. The broiled whitefish was amazing. A must have is their onion rings

The location of this property is perfect for day tripping and is located close to town. The owners have done an amazing job on utilizing the space and it is super clean andput together. It absolutely has everything you need to show up and enjoy yourself for a long weekend or a whole week.

We enjoyed our stay in Paradise! Check in was seamless. Janice was very kind and gave us some tips for the weekend. The kitchen tools and utensils were plentiful. Great for when we make breakfast as the place.We had two families in total and plenty of bed space.All in all we would recommend this place!

Wonderful property, great location. Very clean and kitchen well stocked with utensils. Bedding and towels provided, which is very convenient. Walk across the street to the Wheelhouse Diner, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. About one hour to Sault Ste Marie and 20 minutes to the Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum (also highly recommend). I do recommend bringing or buying your own drinking water. The well water is fine for cooking and bathing, but does have a metallic taste.Owner was very responsive to my questions.I would definitely stay here again!

Everything we needed and more

We all enjoyed the house and its amenities. There was plenty of sleeping space and having two full bathrooms was a huge bonus. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils, the washer and dryer came in handy after two nights of yooperlite hunting at Whitefish Point, and I personally loved the continuous supply of hot water. The location was great too, being close to a few good restaurants and only 11 miles from the Point. We did have one snafu but the host was quick to respond and generous in her resolution. I’d highly recommend.

Wonderful house

This home was very clean and comfortable. The mattresses on the beds were perfect - just the right amount of firmness, no sagging. The living room had a big Smart TV and a reclining sofa and reclining chair that looked like new, very comfortable!! Also enjoyed the beautiful shower near the back bedroom. There are two full bathrooms in this house. The kitchen was well equipped to make a meal, it even has a toaster! The backyard has a very nice fire pit and many chairs around it. We really enjoyed our time in this home, and would love to come back here when in the area again.

Best Place to Stay in Paradise!

Amazing place to stay in great location. Highly recommend this GEM of a place to stay. Great communication and place is set up well and extremely clean. Great hosts, we will be back!

Snowmobile Trip

This was a great place to stay. We loved the fireplace in the morning while having coffee. The driveway had ample room for our snowmobile trailer. The location is across the street from restaurant and trails. Gas station is around the corner. This cabin exceeded our expectations and had everything we need including a boot dryer! We are looking forward to another visit this summer to ride the trails with our SXS.

Awesome experience in a winter wonderland

Our family had an amazing time at the cozy cabin in Paradise. The cabin is newly updated with a great entrance and plenty of room for our coats and snow gear. There is an awesome fireplace and fully furnished kitchen. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep, new linens/towels, endless supply of hot water (on demand hot water tank) and great water pressure in both showers. Very nice being in town and we even walked across the street to the Goat Locker for dinner. Looking forward to our next trip to Paradise and staying here again.

We have been a part of the Paradise community for 25 years and love it in all seasons. We love the summers with the woods, beaches, sunsets that never disappoint! We love the fall colors and the winters are what drew us there to start with. We love snowmobiling and our kids have been riding those trails with us since they were little toddlers. In the other seasons, our family has ridden 4-wheelers, dirt bikes and SXS on the same trails. We love rock-hunting and the best sunsets on Lake Superior or relaxing on the little beach at Andrus lake. Crisp is our favorite lighthouse and a great destination for lunch on the beach. We hope you enjoy the area as much as we do!
