Un endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter des Keys du Sud

Cette maison acceptant les animaux de compagnie achevĂ©e en 2012 dispose de 5 chambres, 3 lits king-size et 4 lits jumeaux plus un canapĂ©-lit double et trois salles de bain complĂštes. La maison possĂšde une immense cuisine avec des armoires en bois sur mesure et des appareils haut de gamme en acier inoxydable, y compris un barbecue Ă  gaz intĂ©rieur et un congĂ©lateur sur pied: pour garder la pĂȘche du jour et nourrir une grande famille. Il y a trois balcons spacieux qui vous permettent de marcher et de profiter du canal et de la vue sur l'ocĂ©an ou simplement de bronzer en toute sĂ©rĂ©nitĂ©. Il a une immense salle d'Ă©cran au premier Ă©tage oĂč vous pourrez vous dĂ©tendre assis sur des chaises de patio ou profiter d'un repas sur la table de la salle Ă  manger extĂ©rieure. La maison est entiĂšrement clĂŽturĂ©e et dispose de nombreux parkings pour camping-cars et bateaux. Il est situĂ© sur un immense terrain et il est dĂ©corĂ© avec beaucoup de goĂ»t. Il y a Ă©galement deux salons, l'un au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage et l'autre au troisiĂšme. Il est situĂ© dans un quartier trĂšs calme et un endroit idĂ©al pour une rĂ©union de famille. Il dispose d'un canal de baignade Ă  l'arriĂšre de la maison et d'un parking couvert au premier Ă©tage. Excellent emplacement pour des vacances, du kayak ou de la pĂȘche.

La navigation de plaisance cÎté océan et cÎté golfe attend ceux qui souhaitent explorer les Keys. Si vous embauchez un guide, vous pouvez explorer les plages au large du cÎté du golfe que nous considérons comparables ou meilleures que la plupart des plages du Dr. Liste des plages. De temps en temps, un hydravion emmÚne quelqu'un sur ces plages parce que les emplacements sont tellement merveilleux (voir la photo et la vidéo que quelqu'un a postée sur Marvin Key qui est dans l'arriÚre-pays).

Selon l'animal, cette maison a une certaine liberté de se déplacer car elle possÚde une clÎture grillagée sur les deux cÎtés et une clÎture métallique à l'avant. La cour arriÚre est bordée par un canal baignable.

Great location!

Great property

All I can say is awesome. This home was just as the photos show. My wife and kids and I have been renting homes every June and this is by far the best one yet. If you are an angler this is the property. We had use of the boat lift for our 25 dorado. Nice filet table right next to lift. Paddle boards and kayaks for our use. This property even supplies a bait freezer. We usually bring a bait freezer. It wasn’t needec this trip. The neighborhood is great. We have rented a home just down the street for a few years. I’m glad we made the switch. We will be booking this property again.

Christmas in the Florida Keys

We had a lovely Christmas and New Years in this large, roomy house with our family of twelve. The kichen is large and well equipped allowing us all to participate in cooking meals. The kayaks, sailboards and canoe kept the whole crew busy when we weren't at the beach or enjoying other activities. All in all a lovely place to be. What few problems we encountered our hosts took care of immediately.

Amazing Sugarloaf home!!

Our family (immediate and extended) had a great time in this beautifully furnished and decorated coastal home on the water. We had plenty of comfortable indoor living space and was the perfect retreat with backyard water access with boat lift. When not on the water we were out back enjoying the huge screened porch.

Fun in the sun!

We have rented a home from this owner in the past in the Cudjoe Key area, and they have always treated us well, been very accommodating to work with, and we have thoroughly enjoyed our stays. This is the first time we rented this particular home, and we loved it! The views from the top floor are spectacular for night sky viewing. The home was very spacious, well furnished, and extremely clean. The screened in porch is very large, with 2 tables for outdoor eating & entertaining. Perfect for a large family or 2 couples to rent. The neighborhood is quiet & clean. Location is perfect with lots of great dining opportunities and things to do. Excellent for walking & biking. We would definitely recommend this rental home to others, and certainly will consider staying again. Try it out! You won't be disappointed!

Location Location Location, Beautiful Home.

Location, Location, Location! The Keys in itself is a spectacular place. We were fortunate to have been able to experience the Keys in this beautiful home. I took my family there for New Years and had an amazing time. I must again emphasize location, location, location for this home allowed us the best of all worlds. It is a quick drive to Key West, where we were able to enjoy the best night life the Keys have to offer with amazing restaurants and beautiful historical district. The house is just as described, enough space to always be able to find the perfect spot to enjoy the surreal experience of waking up in the keys and enjoying the perfect cup of coffee, with the feeling that you are in your own private, peaceful corner of the earth, and at the same time having the perfect living area to share with family and friends. The house is elegantly furnished with a sophisticated modern feel. I mostly enjoyed that I was able to explore the back country and the beautiful bay via a kayak from the back yard, did I say location, location, location. In all, we were very pleased with our choice of this home and certainly will stay here again.

We completed build in 2012 of this wonderful vacation home in Sugarloaf Key. As avid paddlers, we sought a home that allowed us to have low impact interactions with nature.

As mentioned throughout this advertisement we are avid paddlers. Several members of the family crewed in college and were/are competitive NCAA athletes. Whether its paddling an outrigger or simply taking a SUP for a yoga break in the backyard we enjoy being connected to nature.

We also enjoy fishing and fly fishing, and so we selected our toys and location based on our hobbies.

This location has excellent access to back country fishing and ocean game. Access to back country fishing is excellent. Access to the ocean is good. Notable reefs nearby. Kayaking is over-the-top!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Sugarloaf, Cudjoe Bay and Blue Heron National Park are just minutes away. We enjoy taking out the Hobie Cat 16 on the bay which is 100 yards from the house. There are mangroves right by the house and excellent opportunities to snap photos of the wildlife.

Since paddling is our thing, we invested significantly in sharing that experience with our renters. Hence, we offer the following with our monthly rentals.
Two, West Marine fishing kayaks (details from manufacturer below).
Two, standup paddleboards (SUP). The BIC board was noted in Outdoor Magazine's paddling article. (see details from manufacturer below)
Two, Sport/recreational kayaks. One is a Hobie Kayak.

We take paddling serious so always check back because we constantly update our equipment. Even the paddles are above average since human propulsion is your power source.
