Nestled in Silverthorne, our home offers stunning mountain views, modern comforts, & easy access to outdoor adventures. Whether you're hitting the slopes, hiking nearby trails, or relaxing by the fire, this is the perfect base camp. Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen, radiant floor heat in All living areas as well as the garage, spacious living areas, theater room, 2 private decks, close to top ski resorts, Dillon Lake, and charming mountain towns. You’ll have complete privacy throughout your stay. I’m available via text or through the platform app which you booked through should you need anything, but otherwise, I’ll give you space to enjoy the home and your trip. We put a lot of love into setting up this home for your enjoyment and hope you will respect it as you would your own.

Our home is located in the prestigious Eagle's Nest neighborhood, a peaceful and scenic community perched above Silverthorne. Surrounded by stunning mountain views, this area offers tranquility while being close to the region's best attractions. The neighborhood includes the prestigious Raven Golf Course and it’s rolling hills. You will find unique homes in a walkable area including groomed trails that are intertwined throughout the neighborhood offering a wealth of outdoor sights and experiences just outside your door.
Outdoor Adventures: Just minutes from Keystone, Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge and Vail for skiing and snowboarding. In the warmer months, explore hiking and biking trails in the nearby Gore Range or along the scenic Blue River. Silverthorne Valley is truly breathtaking and you will enjoy wide sweeping views from the home. The Blue River also has some of the best fly fishing around.
Lake Dillon: Perfect for boating, paddleboarding, and lakeside picnics, just a short drive away.

Welcome to our brand new, luxurious mountain retreat in Eagle’s Nest, where modern amenities meet the tranquility of alpine living. This spacious home features floor-to-ceiling windows throughout, offering stunning panoramic mountain views that invite the beauty of nature inside. Thoughtfully designed to accommodate families, couples, or groups, it provides plenty of room to gather, relax, and recharge.
5 Bedrooms: The first four bedrooms feature a king-sized bed, ensuring restful nights for every guest. Four of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, providing added privacy and convenience. The spa-like master suite offers a private retreat, complete with an en-suite bathroom, a soaking tub, walk in closet and a beautiful stone fireplace with serene mountain views. Every bedroom features a Smart TV, ensuring plenty of entertainment options. The fifth bedroom is an office/bedroom equipped with a King size sleeper sofa, work space and smart TV. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs family/theater room.

Living Area: The heart of the home features vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows that enhance the spaciousness and elegance as well as breathtaking views. The plush sectional sofa by the grand stone fireplace is the perfect place to cozy up and unwind or an ideal spot to watch movies on the 75” TV with Sonos soundbar. The great room flows into the spacious dining room and Chef’s kitchen. Enjoy your favorite music on the Savant Sound System that flows throughout the house and joins with the large home theatre projector screen in the basement. The basement features an incredible entertainment area with wet bar, complete with a dishwasher and full-sized fridge, perfect for effortless hosting. There’s also an additional adjacent space for games. A Queen sleeper sofa is available in this downstairs area.
Chef’s Kitchen & Dining: Cook to your heart’s content in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with high-end appliances, prep sink, beverage cooler as well as abundant countertops and storage. A spacious walk-in pantry offers the convenience of an additional sink and dishwasher. The open-concept layout flows seamlessly into the dining area, which comfortably accommodates up to 12 people at the dining table, making it perfect for family gatherings or group meals. Kitchen bar seating is also available for 6 extra guests.

In order to access our property it is highly recommended to have a 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive vehicle. However, Summit County does offers an efficient and convenient public transportation system to assist you in exploring the area. The Summit Stage provides free bus service throughout the county, connecting key destinations such as Breckenridge, Keystone, Frisco, and Dillon, as well as various ski resorts and recreational areas. Buses run frequently during peak hours, allowing for hassle-free travel to and from the slopes, local shops, and dining options.
