Perfect location for your getaway island vacation for anyone who loves fishing! The southern end of Fort Myers Beach offers nature walks, shelling on the beach and good fishing on the Bay. A Resort Sized Heated Pool invites you to swim or just soak up the sun. The small, but friendly community of Estero Yacht and Racquet Club sits on an extra wide canal that leads to the beautiful Estero Bay and is only minutes to the blue waters of the Gulf. The Club amenities include large extended dock areas and boardwalks for relaxing or dining while enjoying fabulous views of boat traffic, exotic birds and even dolphins and manatees swimming by. Picnic Tables and BBQs are set out by the water. A short walk down the street brings you to 7 miles of sugar white sand and the turquoise waters of the Gulf.

Walk out your front door and down the avenue and you are on one of the top rated beaches in the country, with seven miles of white sand and world famous sunsets. Hop on the beach trolley to the other end of the island. Fort Myers Beach has so much to offer - beautiful beaches and nature trails where you can rent a kayak, boat or bicycle to enjoy sunshine, the sea and tropical wildlife.

Living Room has lots of comfortable seating with a large flat screen TV. There's a sleeper sofa, providing sleeping accommodations for 2 overnight guests. Through thoughtful planning, every detail has been addressed to make this home to the perfect spot for your vacation headquarters. The spacious Bedroom En Suite has a comfortable King sized bed dressed in fresh linens and features its own TV. The gorgeous, newly remodeled En Suite Full Bath has a separate vanity and a Walk In Shower. There's a separate, second newly remodeled Full Bath with a Tub/Shower combo for Guests located in the hallway between the Living Room and the Bedroom. A FABULOUS, cozy island condo for 4!

For your convenience, this condo offers free WiFi. There are full Laundry Facilities on-site for the complex so no need to go home with dirty laundry! The condo is located on the first floor, but there are some steps to the front door. It offers a better waterfront view with a walk out screen door that can take you to the boardwalk along the Bay and the picnic and BBQ area. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

The amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. You are just a short walk from the tranquility of the beachfront preserve, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills. This vacation home's ideal location offers easy southbound access to the mainland. The quiet, south end of the island is the perfect place to enjoy the true island lifestyle.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Open now, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! Restaurants to open January 2026. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and turquoise blue Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
