HEBDOMADAIRE MINIMUM de locations du samedi au samedi en haute saison (décembre - avril). Profitez du coucher de soleil sur le golfe du Mexique et du lever de soleil sur la baie d'Estero tous les jours depuis le balcon de ce charmant condo du Golfe récemment mis à niveau avec 1BR / 1BTH. Comprend tous les nouveaux revêtements de sol, peinture et mobilier, télévision à écran plat et un lecteur DVD, câble, connexion Wi-Fi dans l'unité, ainsi que autour de la piscine et dans les halls. Deluxe Lazyboy canapé-lit queen et lit King avec diviseur de style accordéon si l'unité peut devenir 2 chambres. Vous êtes à quelques pas de la plage de sable blanc et l'unité est entièrement équipée avec tous les draps, casseroles, poêles et plats, sèche-cheveux, fer et planche à repasser, serviettes de plage, chaises de plage et parasol, petite glacière et nouilles pour flotter. Apportez votre maillot de bain et votre brosse à dents. Lorsque vous avez terminé à la plage, plongez dans la grande piscine chauffée, remontez la plage jusqu'au bar Tiki Bar de Pincher pour prendre un verre tropical ou traversez la rue pour vous rendre au Santini Plaza, où vous trouverez des boutiques, 6 restaurants, 4 bars, 2 épiceries fines, bureau de poste, tapis de blanchisserie et port de plaisance avec chartes de pêche et location de bateaux. La piscine est ouverte de l'aube au crépuscule. Vous avez jamais à vous soucier de l'ennui! Il est le parachute ascensionnel, pêche, jet ski, visites de dauphins, des visites guidées, des excursions vers les Keys et Sanibel Island. Le tennis est disponible juste sur le terrain ainsi que des palets et des grillades pour un pique-nique à l'extérieur. Des vélos et des cyclomoteurs peuvent être loués à droite sur l'île ou faire un tour de chariot à l'extrémité nord de l'île à la jetée et Times Square. Great area

We have stayed at Estero for several years, we love this end of the island. This condo was fine, I was surprised there was not a toaster in the kitchen. View was pretty good. Air conditioner had a little trouble keeping up with the heat, since you can't turn it down much. Liked the beach chairs and appreciated not having to pack beach towels. We did buy a cooler and leave there for the nexr guests.

There has always been a toaster in the condo, therefore not sure where it went, but we have replaced it. Anytime something is missing let us know and we will gladly get one for you. The AC will be looked at this week.

Lovely Spot Overlooking the Gulf

Condo is decorated perfectly for the beach. Great balcony furniture. Bed is good. Kitchen is fine - needs wine and highball glasses. A/C runs nonstop and struggles to cool. Easy fix, I’m sure. Only real complaint is that the place needs a deep cleaning - everything is loaded with dust except for the visible tabletops, etc. Furniture needs moved and floors cleaned. Kathy Nesbit Vacations is wonderful to work with.

The location was great! The unit was located on the 8th floor and was quiet with beautiful views! The unit itself needs some TLC such as updating the toilet (has a lot of cracks and rust), bath mat needs replacement (ASAP), and there are some missing blinds in the living room. Otherwise it is nicely decorated.

Property needs maintenance and updating

Missing blind slats, hard-to-open utensil drawer, filthy fans, poor lighting, no closet space, old pots and pans. The view is excellent. We were told ownership of the unit had recently changed hands. Conditions may improve in the future.

Great views

The place was a perfect size for my husband and myself after a day or so the air conditioning unit was making noise and wasn’t working properly we did call the management company to have someone come out but no one ever called or came out so we basically we’re trying to deal with it very cold at night very hot at night , off and on. Beautiful views of the golf it was very clean we were told there was a laundry facility in the unit which there is not a washer and dryer you have to go downstairs to the main lobby to use it coin-operated so bring a lot of change. Overall experience was good.

Great Beach View

For the last 9 years, Estero Beach and Tennis Club is our go-to place to stay for two weeks over Thanksgiving. We have stayed in a different unit every time. The management company needs to step up their game in this unit. It is in definite need of some additional items and some fixing up. Tub and toilet both stained with many dark brown areas, king size bed with lumpy mattress and crappy over-used sheets (pilled) had only two standard pillows - I actually went out and bought pillows and pillow cases. If you are going to have a king size bed, at least have enough pillows to go across the top of the bed. The bathroom had 4 bath towels, 2 wash clothes and 2 hand towels - who wants to do laundry every day on vacation? Other then those shortages - the place was not too bad. We have stayed in nicer places for less money. Positive - the view off the balcony was amazing.

Perfect Getaway

The condo was clean and furnished beautifully. There was everything you could need for a day at the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked, and we made several seafood dinners while we stayed at the condo. The view from the lanai was beautiful with spectacular sunsets. I would highly recommend this condo.

Great little condo that has it all

Check In was very simple, just picked up the pool passes and door codes and we were on our way. The condo is clean and has everything you need. Needs a little tlc, but overall a great place. A great view from the balcony. Beach chairs, pool noodles and a cooler were an awesome bonus. Spent a lot of time at Santini Plaza at the bars and restaurants. Would definitely go back

Beautiful ocean front property!

We loved our condo right on the quieter end of Fort Meyers Beach. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We had a beautiful sunset and beach view. The property was very well maintained. The only issue we had was that the pool closed at 7:30 , when we where actually told it would be opened until dusk. We would definitely stay there again if the pool hours changed, that was the only issue that really disappointed us.

Like kitchen update. Bathroom faucets are terrible. Certainly not installed by a pro. Vertical blinds are damaged. 6 strips missing. Asked to be fixed, did not get done. Not major issues, but makes the place seem neglected. Confusion with agent about late checkout. Thought it was resolved but then got locked out of the unit prior to checkout. Fortunately able to reach agent go use remote to open. These are not serious complaints but you asked for our input.

Girls trip

Very nice condo with a great beach view, easy beach access and not crowded on the beach. Clean and as described. Grounds are beautiful and Well kept, check in was easy and staff were helpful. The only minor issue we had was several of the blinds were broken and fell off easily when you opened and closed them. Not a big deal and we would recommend this condo for sure.

Great couples getaway

Fantastic view of gulf, wildlife and beach. Shelling was the best ever experienced Lawns were immaculate and nice lawn chairs provided for sunning on lawn or around pool. Pool clean and heated. Building clean and secure. Room was comfortable and clean.

Awesome View

We just had the best week ever staying at this condo. The balcony view is amazing to look out over the Gulf at swimmers, beach walkers, birds, etc. The condo provided beach chairs, towels, and pool noodles. The facility is well maintained and we would definitely stay here again.

Nice Cozy Apartment and As Advertized

The property was nice and as advertised, we were happy there and would go back, even for a long weekend. The TV in the bedroom does not work, meaning is not connected to the Xfinity service or any other input, so we could not use it. The fans (specially in the kitchen) need cleaning, as well as the top of the refrigerator. The internet speed (wi-fi) is super slow, which makes it difficult to work from there while on vacation. For people like I that cannot be completely disconnected from work, a reliable speed is necessary. One of the beach chairs is broken at the seat. So minor things that we listed here to help you maintain the apartment. As I said, we will return. Thank you!!!

Must do sunsets from the balcony

Clean updated comfortable property with fanastic views. Well stocked for cooking. They supply the linens. I just paid for how many towels we needed at check in so we didn't need to go back. Pool is very warm, other guests very friendly. Great shells and sand dollars right on the beach in front of the building. Enjoyed the farmer's market.

FMB Fishing Vacation

Nesbett Vacations were very welcoming and accommodating. Room was clean and quiet. Pool was greatas was the beach and fishing. Sandbar Grill was excellent. Cannot forget Skye's, Mom's Restaurant and Truly Scrumptious for breakfast. Pinchers's Tiki Bar was great fun.

Florida Getaway

This unit looked to be recently remodeled (vinyl flooring in the living/dining area and the entire bathroom). It was very clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. The couch was larger than what I've had in other units. I was pleased to see the comfortable patio chairs to sit on and watch the beautiful sunsets. The view from the patio was very nice. The pool area is well maintained. Many of the people I met at the pool were repeat renters.

Beautiful Sunsets View

We enjoyed staying at this condo, it was nice to be up on the 8th floor with a great view of the sunrise & sunsets from the balcony. Nicely furnished with everything you needed, close to shopping & eating places right across the street & a CVS Pharmacy that has everything. The beach was beautiful and relaxing, not overcrowded at all, very peaceful listening to the waves & watching all the pelicans & egrets. We could watch dolphins 🐬 from the balcony in the mornings feeding in the shallow shoreline & also saw them during the sunset swimming right up by the shore by us! Good shelling the first 3 days there, so many I had to stop picking them up & found sand dollars that we’re unbelievably huge as my hand. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning worked great. The only complaint I would have is they were remodeling a condo across the yard in the next Bldg so during the weekdays from 8-5:00 all we heard was jackhammering, drills, and hammering, so not real relaxing to sit out on the balcony once they started up, very LOUD, the only time we got a break from that noise was when they took their lunch break or left the condo to go somewhere else, so that was disappointing. We tried to make the best of it anyways.😎
