We had a great stay. All the amenities and comfort of home, but a camping feel. Close to the town of Old Forge and close to small day hikes. Loved every minute.

Cabin is in perfect condition inside and out. It is located just a short drive to the village of Old Forge. The access to First Lake provides for great kayaking!

This place was amazing!! We had 3 deer most mornings hang out in the lawn as we drank our coffee on the upper deck. It was spacious, clean and just perfect for our family. Looking forward to making many more memories in this cabin in the near future.

Very nice modern cabin. Clean and comfortable. Family had a good stay and having access to member only beach was easy way to get 4 yr old to the lake for swim.

Beautiful home ! Very spacious with all the amenities you need. Large deck with plenty of seating where we enjoyed morning coffee and sunshine. Family room was spacious with TV and was perfect for watching a movie.Fire pit with chairs was great to sit around and night . Host was quick to respond and accommodating and provides all bedding and towels which makes packing for your stay 100% easier . Would recommend this home to all our friends and family. Loved It!

We were pleasantly surprised by this chalet; high end amenities and very comfortable furniture! The kitchen had almost everything you needed. ( a couple of food storage containers would be great!) The outside furniture was great including around the fire pit. It should be noted that only one of the bedrooms are on the main floor. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Great place for a weekend getaway

Cabin was clean, and tidy. Check in was simple, and had all we needed for cooking. Parking was ample. Had a surprise in a bonus space in the basement that we didnt see in photos which made for a great spot to relax. Beds are pretty firm but thats a personal preference. Communication was easy as well.

This was our family’s 4th summer to the ADKs. This cabin was by far the BEST one! It had everything a family would need. Space, peacefulness, fully stocked with whatever you would need (from the kitchen to bathrooms to wood for the campfire). The kids never said they were bored once. Which if anyone knows our kids, that really says something lol. We are most certainly looking at booking this same cabin next summer. We just don’t know if we can do a full week. Owner - We’d love to do 5 nights

Great place to stay

The property owner has almost everything you need . Didn't realize there was a grill, pack n play and even a kayak there but its awesome that they can offer more ! Will definitely book again! So much space and room for everyone. Loft bed was terrible but we changed beds the second night and slept great!

Winter Getaway

Great spot, with easy access to the snowmobile trails. Driveway is a tricky one - for sure - but as long as you know what you're doing, it works fine.House was great. Very comfortable and well appointed. I'll definitely be looking at renting again next winter.

Cabin Fever Getaway

planned on Snowshoeing, unfortunately it poured the entire stay. Not much open in Old Forge, sidewalks were flooded. So we stayed in most of the 2 days, you never know at this time of year what you'll get. Still had a good time hanging with our friends. Better luck next time.

Our stay was awesome, would recommend this property to anyone! The host is very responsive and communicative. All messages I sent were responded to within 10 minutes, even weeks before our stay. Check in was very easy, as was check out. The cabin is very clean and in good repair, no complaints at all. There are also bonus rooms and a large living room space in the basement that I don't believe are pictured in the listing. Also a second bathroom downstairs, with a shower!Location is awesome. Only a 10 minute (or less?) drive to the main street area of Route 28 in Old Forge. The drive up from town was also great, got to pass by the lake. Area feels secluded enough that you aren't right on top of a neighbor. Also the neighborhood was quiet, so peaceful. In the early evening sitting on the deck, I could hear loons calling on the lake.Our group had a few adults and two toddlers. Very toddler-friendly. There was even a pack and play and high chair already at the cabin, which was not in the listing. Tub has a non-slip bottom so we didn't even need to use the bath mat we brought for the kids. Also, the basement rooms were so dark with a shade closed that the kids could both nap in the middle of the day very soundly. The cabin also has a grill and a blackstone, which was great! We had such a nice time staying at the cabin and playing games on one really rainy day. Truly a nice place to stay and we look forward to another stay next year.

Adirondack Introduction

Great cabin for a stay in the Adirondacks. Close to Old Forge its lake and attractions, as well a great jumping off point for travel further into the mountains. Cabin was clean, with open windows facing the sun. Large deck on main level, large family room with large TV for movies on lower level. Well supplied kitchen for those who like to cook. Could use more silverware and cups and better lighting for reading. Warm and cozy warm wood interior. All in all a great place to stay in the Adirondacks.
