This is your perfect place to spend some time in the mountains.

Mountainside is a quiet complex situated 5 blocks south of Frisco's Main Street. It's an easy walk to all of the shops and restaurants that downtown has to offer. Mountainside borders the National Forest, Ten Mile Recreation Trail, the Blue River bike path; access hiking, cross country skiing, and recreation trails in just 200 yards.

This condo is an end unit with windows to allow ample natural light. (Most Mountainside units are interior with less light and fewer windows. The condo features 1 bedroom down and 1 loft upstairs with an en-suite, each with a queen-sized bed. The condo has all of the necessities for your stay, including a well-supplied kitchen, bathroom essentials, pool towels, and plenty of seating. You will have amazing views of Mt. Royal and Ten-mile Peak right out the door.

The clubhouse - featuring 3 massive hot tubs, sauna, steam room, heated indoor pool, indoor hot tub, racquetball, tennis courts, volleyball court, grills, workout room, and laundry facilities – all are available.

Great views, great location, great amenities, and updated furnishings for you to truly enjoy your stay in Summit County! There is one underground parking spot, and plenty of uncovered parking.

Pets and smoking are NOT allowed in this property.

There is no air conditioning, but the mountains are typically cool during summer months. We have table fans if needed.

The entire community has strict quiet hours from 10pm until 8am. Please be respectful of our neighbors. The complex is smoke free - smoking is prohibited on balconies and outdoor hallways.

Frisco is a quaint, historic mining town with great dining and shopping opportunities, and is centrally located in the heart of Summit County; with direct access to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Leadville, Keystone, A-Basin, Loveland, Beaver Creek, and Vail.

Nice, very clean, and comfortable condo. Fit our needs well. Had dishes, good cookware, and a coffee pot. Beds were comfortable. I would stay there again.

The condo was clean, and the VRBO pictures accurately reflect what's inside. It's well-provisioned and has convenient (and ample) parking. The property manager was quick to respond to a couple of emails we sent. A good value for sure, and we'll certainly look for the condo again when we find ourselves in Frisco.

So clean and cozy!

Property was wonderful - the cleanest VRBO we’ve stayed in. Clean soft blankets on the couches were a nice touch. Neighborhood was quiet and close to town. The community building with steam room, sauna, pool and hot tubs was clean and nice too! Definitely recommend staying here!!

Perfect Location

This was the perfect place to stay for our weekend of skiing at Copper Mountain. Nothing beats waking up to head out to ski and knowing you only have a 10 minute drive to the parking lot. The place was a perfect stay for 4 adults and was stocked with everything we needed. I will absolutely look to stay here next time I plan a weekend in the mountains.

Mountain Retreat

Spent 5 days here at Mountainside in Frisco. The condo had everything we needed including a great view of Mount Victoria off the deck. Easy travel access to the ski resorts and easy walking to downtown Frisco for dining and shopping. We would definitely return.
