Wonderful condo located in Frisco, CO. We are in the heart of Summit County with skiing, hiking, biking, Lake Dillon, shopping and restaurants at your fingertips. The condo is in a quiet ecomplex with walking distance to downtown Frisco, has 3 large shared hottubs, an indoor heated pool, onsite laudry, tennis court and covered parking. There are 4 of Colorado's premier ski areas within 17 miles of Frisco. A network of paved hiking/biking trails which traverses much of Summit county can be accessed right behind the condo.

Nice condo great location

This is our second time staying at this condo. It’s great for a group. Kitchen is well stocked. Location is great, parking is easy, and hot tubs are great.

Great stay in Frisco

Kyle's place was perfect for our ski trip. Fully stocked kitchen, great location in Frisco, beautiful views of the mountains from huge back desk. And the outdoor hot tubs were great for post skiing. We will be back!

Cozy and comfortable

Loved our stay! The condo is close to the rec path for hiking and biking. The deck was large and the view was outstanding. Owners so easy to work with. A perfect spot!

Perfect location

We planned to ski at several different resorts. This property in Frisco was a perfect central location. Unit was clean, owner was very responsive to questions. We especially appreciated the covered parking in the winter. We would stay here again.

Great condo in Frisco

This place was convenient and while the interior was slightly dated the HOA amenities more than made up for that! Close to the main strip in Frisco and easy to access many ski resorts. Kyle was quick to communicate with us to help us through the check in process. Will be looking this place up again next time I’m in Frisco!

Hot tub

Everything was perfect but all the information said you had a hot tub. It was closed when we were there- we were very disappointed.

Lovely location and homely condo

A lovely comfortable condo with everything we needed for our two week stay. Although perhaps a little dated in some respects it was very homely yet spacious. We enjoyed the location at the edge of town, overlooking the countryside but within easy reach of local ski areas. The availability of the hot-tubs after a days skiing is a great bonus as was covered parking during snowy conditions. Excellent communications with Kyle were appreciated and we would definitely come back to stay here again if we get the opportunity. Thank you.

Good communication, everything at the condo was just as described. Great proximity to ski resorts. The hot tubs, sauna and steam room are so nice after being on the slopes.

Beautiful view and cozy stay!

My husband, 1 year old son, and I loved our trip to Frisco and our stay in this condo. Absolutely beautiful view and I loved sitting on the huge deck drinking my morning coffee looking at the mountains! I would definitely recommend to others!

Great location and stunning view

We loved our stay in Frisco! We especially loved the location as it was a short bike ride or walk to bikes, the marina and downtown. We highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Frisco. Our favorite part of the condo was the balcony where we drank our coffee and ate our meals and took in the view.
