Girls weekend in Fargo and this was the place to stay! Close to all activities we were attending and in a very nice neighborhood. Plenty of space for every one and very clean. Check-in and check-out process was very easy. Communication with the host was exceptional with quick response to our questions. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is very clean, well maintained and has a well stocked kitchen. It's centrally located (everything was 10 minutes away) and in a quiet neighborhood. My group was 2 couples in town for a graduation, so it was perfect for us. We had privacy as we each claimed a floor and had everything we needed to make to a quick breakfast before we headed out for the day.

An outstanding stay! This property is immaculately clean. The hosts are very responsive and provide all the details you need to access and use the property. We felt well taken care of and knew that we could reach out with any questions or concerns (we didn’t have any, though).

This was a perfect place for a weekend of tournaments in Fargo with teens. The split level layout provided personal space for multi-generation accommodations. The space was simple, clean, and thoughtfully set up.

My 3 kids and I stayed here for 4 nights and felt right at home. Everything was immaculate. The couches are SO cozy and the big tub was a welcome surprise after a long day standing around in cold rinks! The host was super accommodating when I asked if we could check in a bit early. Communication was always fast. We would definitely book again!

Perfect for home away from home

This was perfect for our needs. Check in and out process was smooth. Place was clean and well kept.Very nice area to stay minutes from anything you could want.Already olannung to book again when we move our daughter into NDSU.

Better than a hotel

I have two adult children and one teenager. We have outgrown hotel rooms and this was the perfect size for our family of 5 and could accommodate more. We were in town for a family funeral. Had a bit of a hiccup with hot water but it was taken care of immediately. Would definitely stay again.

Over all nice place. Had a hiccup with the door code and could not get the downstairs warm. House was very clean and had all the amenities. It was an hour drive to Grand Forks which was totally fine.

Mini vacay retreat!

Tara is an amazing host, and she responded in a reasonable time and gave me a heads up 3 days before I arrived. Very modern and comfortable. I didn't get a chance to use the available stuff because I've been out mostly with friends and family. I would love to stay here again next time I have "me time"!! Thanks again!! :)

This house (or should I say duplex) was okay, and the price was decent. We have stayed in dozens of VRBO's, but this was not our favorite. To be fair, there just was not much in this area to choose from. The AC was good, the bed was better than most hotel beds, the bath towels were very good, and the toilet had the elongated toilet which we appreciated. The house was very clean. The neighborhood was not the best, the driveway had room for two cars but there was a car parked in one of the two spots, so we were not able to use the second spot. Since we had multiple people staying here for a family reunion, that was a bit of a disappointment. The front door latch was installed backwards, the ice maker and water on the door of the fridge did not work, the kitchen was not as stocked as I was expecting. But it gave us a good place to sleep for the reunion, and we were thankful for that.
