Positives - clean overalldecently priceGood communication from host. Negatives -First floor of an apartment and top floor was noisy at 1 AM. No amenities (bottled water, coffee, snack etc).Condition had some issues. Flooring gaps, bathroom caulk. Easy stuff to fix but not fixed.Had a bit of an odor, but not awful. Bed was basic. Not overly comfortable. For the price, it was fine. It wouldn’t take much effort to improve the experience for guests. Glad I was solo and not with the wife. I likely wont stay again and will choose another option.

This was a perfect place for me and my son to stay when I came up to watch his first college football game. I had my own room and he had his own room for the weekend and it was perfect for us. Super clean and a great location. The host responded to a couple questions I had immediately. We will stay here again when I come and visit him

Great place to stay for a winter visit to Fargo for a wedding! Kiddo & I had shared and individual space, and the location was very convenient for downtown and the various wedding-related locations. The dedicated parking was easy to find and the parking & walkways were well-maintained through a couple rounds of snow. It was negative temps during much of our stay, and the baseboard heating struggled a bit to keep up with the cold, but there were plenty of warm blankets to add when needed! We would certainly stay here again if something brings us back to the area!
