Gather for downtime in the main living areas, then step outside to enjoy fresh air, mountain views, and outdoor seating. Fire up the BBQ for simple meals at home. A washer and dryer add convenience during longer stays, and Wi-Fi is provided to keep you connected. When it’s time to turn in, the primary suite offers extra privacy with its own bathroom, while a bunk room and a queen bedroom give kids, friends, or extended family their own space.

• Parking: Maximum of 3 vehicles — 1 in the garage and 2 in the driveway.

• Stairs: The home has stairs; please see photos to ensure it suits your needs.

• Washer and dryer are located in the home.

• Wi-Fi and cell service: Due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, speed and reliability can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet-friendly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
