Entry & Main Level



Enter through the side door into a generous mudroom, thoughtfully designed for shedding outdoor gear after a day on the trails or slopes. This practical space grants direct access to the heated garage, which offers ample storage for skis, bikes, hiking equipment, and golf gear. The property provides parking for up to seven vehicles—three (3) in the garage and four (4) in the driveway. Please note that on-street parking is prohibited per HOA regulations.



Upstairs Accommodations



Ascend from the mudroom to the upper level, where a cozy additional living area awaits, complete with a wet bar, mini fridge, and smart TV—ideal for unwinding. Step out onto the balcony to take in breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

This floor also houses two inviting guest bedrooms:



* Guest Bedroom One: Furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed with an en-suite feel.

* Guest Bedroom Two: Features a luxurious king-size bed with views of Granby Ranch Resort.



Both bedrooms are conveniently situated near a full bathroom, which boasts a double vanity and offers the choice of a stand-up shower or a soaking tub, adding a touch of elegance and convenience.

The chef’s kitchen is a culinary enthusiast’s dream, featuring top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a double oven commercial-style gas range with a griddle, and elegant finishes. At its center lies a stylish island, perfect for making meal preparation a social affair. The dining table comfortably seats six, with additional seating for four at the island. A wet bar with a mini fridge, situated between the kitchen and dining area, adds a touch of convenience, ideal for preparing drinks or chilling beverages.

Spa towels are neatly stocked in the laundry room cabinets, and extra propane tanks are readily available for your convenience.

The luxurious en-suite bathroom features a sleek stand-up shower, double sinks, and a dedicated makeup vanity.

* Guest Bedroom Three: Designed for both relaxation and functionality, this room features a double-over-double bunk bed, a dedicated workspace with a monitor, webcam, an ergonomic chair, a bluetooth keyboard, and mouse. A nearby guest bathroom that offers the choice of a stand-up shower or a soaking tub, can be secured to create a private en-suite experience.

* Guest Bedroom Four: Ideal for families, this room offers a luxurious king-size bed, a baby crib with extra sheets, and an en-suite bathroom with a sleek stand-up shower. Guests also have quick access to the deck for fresh mountain air and scenic views.



Lower Level Entertainment & Accommodations

The lodge is thoughtfully designed to be divided into three sections, offering privacy and flexibility for guests. A sliding door separates the upstairs from the main level, allowing upstairs guests to exit through the side door or garage. The lower level is accessible through a private door and has its own backdoor entrance. Main level guests enjoy exclusive access to the front entry. This layout ensures a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone attending your special occasion.



We’re delighted to let you know that the property is available for wedding rehearsal dinners and wedding day prep, which makes it the perfect setting for an intimate and memorable gathering before the big day.

The Neighborhood:

Granby Ranch is a premier year-round destination for adventure seekers and nature enthusiasts. In winter, it offers ski-in/ski-out access just steps from your door. With wide trails, Granby Ranch Ski Resort is ideal for beginners, providing a relaxed atmosphere compared to larger resorts. For more extensive skiing and snowboarding, Winter Park/Mary Jane is just 15 minutes away, easily reached by car or the hourly bus from Silvercreek that drops off directly at the lift.



As the seasons change, Granby Ranch transforms into a hub for summer activities like hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and golfing. The 18-hole golf course, extensive trail network, and breathtaking mountain views make it an ideal setting for outdoor fun. Anglers can enjoy fly fishing along three private miles of the Fraser River (catch-and-release, artificial lures only), while nearby lakes—including Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain Lake, and Grand Lake—offer opportunities for boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, and even ice fishing in winter.



Guests also have access to The Ranch House amenities, just a 5-minute drive away. The Ranch House features a cozy lobby with a fireplace, a year-round outdoor heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, locker rooms, and a family room with a changing station. Enjoy ping-pong, foosball, classic board games, and books for both kids and adults. Access is available with a $15 day pass (children 8 and under are free) at Ranch Hall, using a reservation confirmation with the address.

When booking this property, Mirá Stays requires a non-refundable damage waiver of $35 plus tax to help protect both guests and property owners.



This property is not equipped with air conditioning. Open up the windows and let the fresh mountain air flow through. Ceiling and box fans are located throughout the property to help create a pleasant breeze.



Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that Chain and Traction Laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you are comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refunds related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.
