Step into a light-filled open-concept living space with panoramic Rocky Mountain views through expansive windows. 

The chef-style kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and an elegant island, ideal for prepping meals or morning coffee chats. Begin your mornings with ease, enjoying a selection of drip and K-cup coffee options, along with hot chocolate and coffee pods, sugar, and flavored creamers, all provided for your convenience. 

The adjacent dining area comfortably seats six, with additional seating for four at the kitchen island—perfect for gathering after a day of adventure. 

Just off the entryway, a built-in mudroom offers a convenient space to stow boots, jackets, and outdoor gear —keeping everything organized and ready for your next trail outing. 

Lounge in the main living room with a timer-equipped fireplace, smart TV, and built-in speakers for movie nights or laid-back mornings. A curated collection of reading materials highlights local attractions and activities to help you get the most out of your Grand County experience. 





Nearby, a hall bathroom ensures easy access for guests. 





The main-level primary suite is a restful mountain sanctuary with breathtaking views, a smart TV, and a spa-style bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower with handheld wand for total relaxation. 

From the main living area, step out onto the elevated deck—a true highlight of the home. Fire up the propane grill for a mountain meal, or gather around the fire pit as the sun sets behind Granby Ranch Resort. With direct views of the surrounding mountains, you’re always connected to nature. 





The laundry room, equipped with a washer and dryer, connects to a heated garage with ample space for storing skis, bikes, golf bags, and more. Parking for up to four vehicles is available—two in the garage and two in the driveway (please note: on-street parking is not allowed per HOA). 

Designed for fun and relaxation, the lower-level living area offers endless entertainment. Enjoy a smart TV, built-in speaker system, and a retro arcade machine loaded with over 3,000 games. A selection of classic board games adds to the fun, making it the perfect space for family game nights. 





Step outside to the lower patio, where a private hot tub with customizable jets offers the ultimate end-of-day retreat. Spa towels are conveniently located in the nearby laundry cabinet. 





The lower level features three thoughtfully designed guest bedrooms, each providing comfort, style, and relaxation:

1. Queen Murphy Room – Includes a smart TV and a fully equipped remote workspace with an adjustable-height desk, monitor, webcam, ergonomic chair, Bluetooth keyboard, and mouse.

2. Bunk Room – A perfect space for families, this room includes a twin-over-double bunk with a twin pull-out trundle, along with a pack ’n play and baby seat for little ones. 

Bedrooms one and two are located just steps from a full bathroom for added convenience.

3. King Suite – Offers privacy and luxury with a king bed, smart TV, and en-suite bath featuring both a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. 

Every bedroom includes premium linens, blackout shades, noise machines, wireless phone chargers, and extra blankets and pillows. Bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and complimentary toiletries for a spa-like experience.

Other things to note:

When booking this property, Mirá Stays requires a non-refundable $35 damage waiver (plus tax) to help protect both guests and property owners. 

This property is not equipped with air conditioning. Open up the windows and let the fresh mountain air flow through. Ceiling and box fans are located throughout the property to help create a pleasant breeze.

Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that Chain and Traction Laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you are comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.

With wide trails, Granby Ranch Ski Resort is ideal for beginners, providing a relaxed atmosphere compared to larger resorts. For more extensive skiing and snowboarding, Winter Park/Mary Jane is just 15 minutes away, easily reached by car or the hourly bus from Silvercreek that drops off directly at the lift.



As the seasons change, Granby Ranch transforms into a hub for summer activities like hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and golfing. The 18-hole golf course, extensive trail network, and breathtaking mountain views make it an ideal setting for outdoor fun. Anglers can enjoy fly fishing along three private miles of the Fraser River (catch-and-release, artificial lures only), while nearby lakes—including Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain Lake, and Grand Lake—offer opportunities for boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, and even ice fishing in winter.



Guests also have access to The Ranch House amenities, just a 3-minute drive away. The Ranch House features a cozy lobby with a fireplace, a year-round outdoor heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, locker rooms, and a family room with a changing station. Enjoy ping-pong, foosball, classic board games, and books for both kids and adults. Access is available with a $15 day pass (children 8 and under are free) at Ranch Hall, using a reservation confirmation with the address.



For those looking to explore beyond Granby Ranch, the Fraser-to-Granby Trail offers a scenic route through the valley, while Rocky Mountain National Park is just a 30-minute drive away, providing even more hiking, wildlife viewing, and outdoor experiences.
