Récemment rénové la maison avec de nouveaux meubles, y compris de nouveaux matelas king et queen (conçus pour les hôtels Four Seasons), un éclairage encastré, des chambres fraîchement peintes, une cuisine et une maison. Cette maison de vacances est conçue pour la joie.

Sea Charm est une maison de vacances attrayante et bien aménagée qui offre de petites attentions et le luxe de posséder sa propre piscine privée (12 x 27), son bain à remous et son court de tennis communautaire.

Great time

Absolutely loved it here. On most vacations you are ready to go home towards the end. Not on this one! We were so sad to leave and couldn't stop talking about how badly we didn't want to go. Everything was conveniently close with so much to do. Will certainly be back.

Family Beach Trip

This house was great for our small family. Most days we played at the beach in the morning before getting cleaned up for lunch and then enjoyed the pool in the afternoon. The beach is a very short walk away and not crowded at all due to the small size of the neighborhood. There is also a lifeguard chair close to the beach access that was manned most of the days we were there. We brought a beach wagon but ended up leaving it at the house due to the proximity of the beach and stairs to get over the dunes.

Great Vacation Home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed vacationing in Corolla at the Sea Charm. There was plenty of room for the six of us - a family of four plus two grandparents and two dogs. We didn’t even use one of the bedrooms. Except for a mixup with the sheets on the first day and some ants everything was great! It was decorated pretty and the beds were the most comfortable we have slept on in a vacation rental. The house was clean and in good working order. We loved having the outdoor carpet on the upper deck. The large dining table was nice for Legos, coloring books, games, and crafts (in addition to meals). The kitchen as well-stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils and the gas grill was nice. The Keurig and other coffee maker need some work, but we were able to make coffee. There was a great closet full of games, books, and movies. We enjoyed the fun coffee table that displayed items from the beach. The pool was small but perfect with our young kids. The hot tub was well maintained and very relaxing. The location was great! It was a short walk to the beach (like 4 houses) and the wooden walkway from the road to the steps to the beach made it easy for the kids to ride their scooters. Two grocery stores and other shops were nearby and there was a walking/bike path about 2 blocks away. We had a great time and hope to rent Sea Charm again in 2023!

1st annual family trip to outer banks

We had the best time spending a week in this property. We barely had to leave to go anywhere. The house was amazing lots of space and super clean. We will be coming back next year !

Wonderful location

This was our first time staying in Corolla and we absolutely loved the location of the property- steps away from the beach and we had several views of the ocean from different spots in the house/deck. We loved working with the rental company too, they made check in very simplistic and we had an issue during our stay (a huge leak in one of the bedrooms due to several rainstorms) and they sent someone immediately to check it out (we were concerned bc they said they didn’t know how long it would take snd someone came within the hour.). The one thing we wish this house had was nicer kitchen utensils and pots and pans. We cooked most meals at the house due to covid and the utensils and things to use were not in the best shape. If we wanted to cook several things we’d have one big pot and a small one but not much else. I have purchased stronger servingware when I was in college serving spaghetti to my residents. Overall a great size house and we loved the location as well as the responsiveness and helpfulness of the rental company.

Sea Charm

My family of 11 have an incredible beach vacation thanks to our stay at Sea Charm!! The location above all was the best part of the house. It wasn’t on the beach but only a quick 100 yard walk down the way and over the dune. You can still see the ocean from the top porch while sipping coffee! The pool and the hot tub were a necessity, especially since we visited in Sept when it had gotten a little cooler and the water was too rough for swimming (No Swimming flags were up). The house is a bit outdated, especially the kitchen, but not a problem for us. Still cute and cozy and met all of our big family’s need - particularly the fully stocked kitchen and huge dining table. My only complaint was that they require you to rent towels and linens (which I wasn’t aware of), so when we arrived we had no towels and beds weren’t made. An easy phone call and they were delivered, but making that many beds was annoying. Overall a wonderful location - walkable to Harris Teeter, donuts, ice cream, tap house, surf shop, and a few more places. Short drive to many other fantastic spots. Would definitely visit again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sea charm is awesome. So many places to hang out between the multiple decks and screened in porch to the pool and hot tub! It was clean and also had everything we needed. It may not be brand new but it's not advertised as brand new, it's perfect for a beach getaway! Not to mention it's RIGHT across the street from groceries, pizza, donuts, and a taphouse. What else could you ask for?Management was helpful throughout the process with Hurricane Dorian, and also allowed us to extend our stay an extra day last minute. Will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway

There are so many places to hang out. The decks, the pool, the hot tub, the porch swing, or the wide open family room! So close to the beach and also right across the street from groceries, donuts, pizza, and a taphouse. What else could you ask for? The house was pretty much exactly what the description says. It's not new by means but age is beauty and this house is awesome. The decks definitely need some love as there are a lot of popping nails and a loose railing or two, and the house could probably use some more cleaning materials so the guests can try keep it clean and not have to dig in their own pockets. The pool light didnt work either but that didn't bother us. Property management (Carolina Shores) was helpful with Hurricane Dorian and was very responsive to our phone calls and requests which made our stay much less stressful

Great House, Better Location

I wish I could give 4.5 stars as an overall rating. CONS: 1. The AC struggled to keep the upstairs under 76-78 degrees. The ceiling fans helped but it will be warm when the sun is out. 2. Water pressure was not the best in the shared downstairs bathroom. 3. The decking is rough on the feet - especially young ones. It was still walkable. PROS 1. The location is phenomenal. Quiet culdesac that sits 100 yards from the beach. 2. Ample house parking. 3. Kitchen has tons of appliances, plates, utensils and a KitchenAid mixer. 4. Kitchen, dining and living room are all open concept which made it easy to stay engaged with everyone. 5. Comfortable beds. I gave the check-in process 4 stars simply because we were required to visit the office. The house has a digital lock so it would have been nice to avoid driving back to the office since check-in was at 4pm. Otherwise, staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and provided a welcome bag with some essentials and many guides, coupons, etc. I would definitely recommend this house!

Awesome First Time Stay in Corolla

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time renting in Corolla with Carolina Shores Vacation Rentals. Have stayed in other towns on the Outerbanks using what seems like the bigger players ( rental companies ) and was a little nervous using a smaller company. However, they did not disappoint, and were great to deal with. The house was ready early upon our arrival and we were pleasantly surprised how quickly the check in process went. We arrived to a spotless house and the location was excellent. Thou not ocean front, the house offers great views as it is on the end of a cul de sac with no house in front to block views and with the lot currently empty next store, you could enjoy meals, time outside on the screened in porch without feeling someone was on top of you. Thou maybe small for multiple families, plenty of room for a family of 6+. Couldn't ask for a better setup, location, bed sheets provided, pool, hot tub, screened porch, Friday check in ( less traffic ) and being pet friendly was perfect for us. Not a far walk at all to the beach, and to nearby food store, ( Harris Tweeter, but go about 2 miles more north to the Food Lion as they have better value there ) ice cream shop and some restaurants. Great experience!
