Espace de vie très confortable - maison construite en 2000, donc relativement nouvelle par rapport à de nombreuses maisons anciennes récemment rénovées; intérieur fraîchement peint aux deux niveaux inférieurs et à l'étage en 2018 avec des améliorations et améliorations partout !! La cuisine et le sous-sol ont également été améliorés en 2018.

Propriété à couper le souffle au bord de l'eau à dix minutes d'Annapolis, dans le Maryland. Remontez dans le temps et profitez des bateaux naviguant tout en profitant des équipements modernes. Une vue imprenable sur la rivière que vous regardez depuis cette maison construite sur mesure en plan lumineux et ouvert en 2000 (2176 pieds carrés hors sous-sol) avec une jetée de 278 pieds sur un terrain privé avec votre propre plage de sable de 50 pieds. Profitez d'une baignade, sortez les kayaks, allez à la pêche ou au crabe ... Cette maison confortable dispose de 4 chambres et plus (plus un lit escamotable au sous-sol fini - de nouveaux lits superposés dans l'une des chambres - pour un total de 7 lits: 1 lit king, 3 lits queen, 1 lit double et 2 lits jumeaux), trois salles de bains et demie , patios en pavé uni, rez-de-chaussée ouvert avec planchers de bois franc fini en chêne, cuisine gastronomique, buanderie séparée avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur, encastrements personnalisés dans de nombreuses pièces (beaucoup de livres), fini le niveau inférieur avec un nouveau téléviseur de 50 po et plusieurs mises à niveau en 2016 et 2017. Apportez votre ordinateur portable et connectez-vous à Internet (via Verizon Fios) pendant que vous vous asseyez sur le porche et profitez de la douce brise avec votre boisson fraîche et regardez les bateaux passer.

Pêche et pêche au crabe du milieu à la fin de notre quai ... baignade pour les enfants dans 2 à 3 pieds d'eau (sur un banc de sable qui va à mi-chemin de la longueur de la jetée - à la fin de la jetée, la profondeur est environ 7 à 8 pieds d'eau) et le kayak (2 kayaks - LL Bean Ocean Kayak Malibu Two Package et un LL Bean Single person kayak) sur la rivière qui est aussi large qu'un lac et alimente la baie de Chesapeake à environ un mile ou deux vers le haut. Plage communautaire et activités ... plusieurs excellents restaurants de fruits de mer dans les 5-10 minutes, ou moins d'un mile si vous faites du kayak, The Point Crab House and Grill,

The stay was fantastic! Our host John was super and made the stay so easy. We were there visiting our Plebe over Thanksgiving and had the most relaxing time. Beautiful location on the river just upstream of Chesapeake Bay. The younger kids had a blast with the crab traps hoping to catch a few but no luck.Great for a family vacation site.

Lovely place! We really loved sitting on the porch and looking at the view which is incredible and so peaceful. There are kayaks and a paddleboard to use for exploring which was really fun.

I was in the USNA Class of '76 and wanted to take my three sons to an Army Navy football game while also experiencing the weekend on the water in Annapolis. John's home allowed the best for celebrating both. He was an outstanding host who was quick to communicate throughout the process. The pictures posted accurately depict the property and the home being on the water was just what we were looking for. The amenities were many and the beds were very comfortable. The connectivity allowed all of us to connect while also streaming replays of the Game... Go Navy! We thoroughly enjoyed staying at John's home and when we return, we will look to stay here again!

The house was perfect for our low key gentlemen's getaway. The view was incredible, the neighborhood was quiet, the house was clean with plenty of amenities (kayaks, ping pong, well stocked kitchen with some fridge/pantry staples). What we appreciated most though was probably the size and layout of the main floor. It was perfect for us all to be hanging out together whether we were cooking, relaxing on the couch, sitting at the table, or taking in the view from the back deck. Thank you for hosting us!

Was looking for a place near Baltimore, near the airport and on the Bay. This home did not disappoint. House was great, well stocked, and as advertised. Owner (John) was easy to communicate and work with and offered suggestions for surrounding activities, dinner, etc. A great open concept, large basement/rec area, and water access made for a great time away with our large family. From start to finish, our stay was fantastic. The host was incredibly friendly and provided a smooth check-in, with a full explanation of all the property’s amenities. We woke up to stunning sunrises each morning and enjoyed peaceful, gorgeous evenings by the water.The waterfront was ideal for our family. The host was very responsive, and the apartment, although small, was very nice and clean. I would advise future guests to arrange a water taxi (to the dock near Rufio Pizza in Santa Croce. We stayed at this property with our entire extended family (grandparents, 3 siblings SIL, 2 grandkids). The pictures do not do it justice! The house was immaculate. We loved the big open space downstairs which was perfect for our large group. I did not realize there were balconies on almost every bedroom! The master bedroom is amazing with a full balcony and massive bathroom. There are so many little extras such as books for all ages, stuffed animals, plenty of extra towels and blankets, etc. We played checkers at the kitchen table every night and had some pretty competitive games! The best part of this property is the outside, with an expansive porch, plenty of outdoor seating, a long private dock, and the view of an incredible sunrise. We loved watching the birds and the sailboats go by. Also, the property is very convenient to many stores, but it feels far removed and peaceful at the same time. We are already talking about coming back and wish we could have stayed longer! John is an amazing host and easy to communicate with, and super friendly. I have nothing but praise for this whole experience and can't wait to do it again!

Great house on the water

The house is great and looks just like photos. Owner very helpful and walks you through house on the phone upon arrival. Crab traps, swimming, kayaks, & fishing off pier kept my kids busy. Easy drive to Annapolis, Baltimore, & Washington DC.

Great location for a summer week of boating on the river with easy docking and quick access to good water. House had great amenities with great cooking and eating area. Very comfortable, beautiful home. Sandy beach is a plus. Even caught some nice crabs.
