Host was very communicative and availlable.UNit is as described. Plenty of room. Basement upgrades are great.Perfect place for family to stay for the holiday and be close.

Had a great time at this great house! Lots of room with very nice kitchen for meal prep. Stayed at house while in town for my daughters wedding, and location was so nice, even did some of the wedding photos in yard. Location also provided a great place for bridesmaids and bride to get ready and made up as venue was short drive away. Had a great time in this house and quiet neighborhood!

Work Stay

We came to Baltimore for a work conference and wanted to stay somewhere as a team so we could connect better. This house had plenty of room. We also used the ping pong table & foosball table. We didn't get to spend as much time out back as we liked but it is a beautiful space. We were able to cook a meal together and rest well. I would definitely recommend this house to stay in and I would come back here again. Also the host communicated well.

Great stay

If you are looking for a great location to the rivers and bay this place won’t disappoint. Close to anything and everything you might need. The host was very informative on all questions and responded quickly. I definitely recommend this place.

Wedding weekend

We stayed here while in town for our wedding. The house was spacious and very clean and perfect for everything we needed. All the beds were very comfortable and the host was very accommodating and communicated timely.

Visiting during a Storm

The property was awesome, clean and very homey. We visited during some bad weather and I was concerned we would feel stuck- that was not the case! We all had enough room to spread out and then come together for hanging out and meals. John was so responsive and great!

A beautiful home and spot

Perfect place to stay while in town for our daughter's wedding. We did pre-wedding hair/makeup and enjoyed beautiful views of the water. Comfortable beds, soft linens, plumb towels and well stocked kitchen. Strong wifi. Convenient electronic lock. Thank you! We loved our stay.

Immaculate and spacious home, very relaxing

This was my first time using Vrbo, and it was a very pleasant experience. The house was absolutely immaculate . My family & I loved going down to the dock. We used the kayak and also the duck boat (which was my daughters favorite). We also enjoyed just sitting down by the dock and enjoying the peace & quiet., or relaxing on the back deck. We were only there for a short three night stay for parent weekend at the naval academy (~approx 30 min drive) and for our family it was the perfect place to have as a home base to relax and unwind. Also, John was very responsive to any questions that I had. We would definitely come back again.

Amazing house - great for entertaining

We came for commissioning week at USNA. The home was absolutely perfect. It was about 20-30 min drive to the Academy. Gathering spaces were open and kitchen was fully stocked with new appliances or tools needed to cook and prepare food. Home was spotless. We loved the large deck that accommodates plenty of family and friends with water views. The home has dock access in the back yard right on the water. It was a wonderful visit.

Wedding

This was my very first VRBO or any rental experience. I was so highly impressed by John Ngo's property and the whole VRBO experience. We had family coming in from Germany for our daughter's wedding. Everything was perfect. We stayed a week and felt like we were at home. Well supplied with dishes, cookware, towels, washer & dryer, TV's, Alexa, etc. Great communication! If we needed anything John got it to us quickly. Comfortable beds. Lovely outdoor deck. Thank you John! We will definitely be coming back to this property again.

Great House

This was our second time staying at this waterfront house. My family and I had a great time. The house was clean, spacious and provided lots of amenities. There was even a Christmas tree set up for the holidays. We only wish the weather was warmer so that we could have utilized the kayaks. Additionally, the property owner was friendly and quick to reply.

House has a brand new feel, built-in 2017. Plenty of windows for sunlight. The table lamp is wireless and USB chargers located in all bedrooms. 4 beds and two full bathroom in second floor ,one bed and one full bathroom in first floor

The House has a private entrance with a King bed, queen bed, sofa, full bathroom, kitchenette fully stocked with essentials. Complimentary coffee, Water, Tea You will have access to Washer and Dryer.
Parking is available in the driveway in front of the house. It can fit at least 6 -8cars, with no parking fee.
The house is cleaned and completely sanitized with Clorox wipes on hard surfaces. House is sterilized with the UV Ultraviolet Disinfection Ozone Sterilization Lamp E27, Base Anti-Bacterial Rate 99%. . Plenty of rooms to keep the family social distant.
Flowing beautiful hardwoods carry you into this stunning home. This is one of the large models in the neighborhood. The new kitchen features granite counters, all new appliances including a coffee maker, dishwasher, double door refrigerators, double ovens and spacious cabinets, working space, and pantry. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and cookware, coffee makers, blender, microwave, grill, crockpot, and toaster. There are Up to 940/880 Mbps (Fios Gigabit Connection)
The large family room with a fireplace features a new 65" Smart TV. The dining, office, and living rooms are stunning! All rooms are very spacious. You must see this master suite with a sitting room and fireplace and soaking Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom and large walk-in closet. Three other bedrooms and baths and closets upstairs. All bedrooms are furnished with new queen-sized beds. The master suite has a king-sized bed. Bedsheets, bath towels, soap, and shampoo are provided. There is also an iron hairdryer. The house a huge private, beautifully landscaped backyard. Plenty of parking available in front of the house on a driveway. The house is situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood on a quiet cul-de-sac street and is bordered by a river in the back yard.
The whole house is equipped with arc fault protection and GFCIs (ground-fault circuit interrupters) to prevent fires and shocks.
