Welcome to our brand-new 1300 sq. ft. apartment on the third floor! It has 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 15 guests, perfect for families or friends.
Located in a peaceful area with easy access to attractions, this space offers a family-friendly atmosphere. A reserved parking spot ensures a hassle-free stay, ideal for multigenerational trips.

We live nearby and are available via phone or Vrbo messaging to assist with any questions during your stay.
1. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: Available upon request, subject to availability.
- Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $100/hr fee.
2. Extra Guest Fee: After 5 guests, an additional fee of $30 per guest per night applies.
3. Pet Fee: $40 per pet per night.
4. Registered Guests Only: Accommodates up to 15 guests. Unregistered guests are prohibited.
- Children must be included in the reservation count. Violation results in a $200 penalty per person, per night.
- Bedrooms are opened based on the number of guests registered on Vrbo.
5. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM; no loud talking on decks or in common areas after this time.
6. Special Activities: Without written consent from the Host, activities such as filming, professional photography, events, or music recording are prohibited and will incur additional location fees. Contact the Host for location fees.

We needed a homey place to celebrate Christmas while our daughter recovered from surgery. That's asking a lot, but this apartment was just perfect for our family. Big enough to spread out, had everything we needed to cook a special meal, and so clean that it felt like home for all of us. It was also walking distance to restaurants, a church for Christmas Mass, a great coffee shop, and a CVS for all the supplies we needed. The host was very accommodating and helped us every time we asked. Great neighborhood too, I enjoyed several walks in the area. We loved it!

The apartment is exactly as described, offers lots of space and the check in process was easy. Jenny is a great host, she was available when needed and provided detailed instructions. The attractions were close, good restaurants and we had a great time.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The house is big and every detail is perfect, the kitchen was completely full with everything we needed, including water and some beverages!Comunication with Jenny was totally perfect, she replied immediately everytime I wrote her.Private parking was a plus, nice position, just 20 minutes from Boston downtown (without traffic). Me and my family would love to come back here in future!

Cannot say enough good things about this great property! Absolutely amazing, spotless, in a great neighborhood, beautifully decorated, spacious… the list goes on and on and on. The home is exactly as shown in the photos. Jenny is quick with communication and her instructions are well detailed and easy to follow. We did not have any of the issues with the locks as others had noted. The parking is fantastic. While it says behind the house, don’t think of a creepy alleyway. It’s a fenced in drive with multiple spots shared by the building. The exterior is well lit, stairs have non slip surfaces, and easily found by our uber driver. The beds are tempur style and were very comfortable. Shower pressure was described as “perfection” from all in our group. This might have been the best coffee stash we’ve had in a rental yet. Thank you for saving us that trip to the store (there is one just around the corner for other items) We would 100% stay here again

Loved this apartment
This apartment is in a house on a cute little street. The neighborhood was safe and a great location. We were able to walk to the Central Ave Station trolley stop, which gave us great access to Boston. We also walked to restaurants nearby.Our group was 14 people, half of which were children, and it was adequate space for the small amount of time we were not sightseeing.

Exactly what you need!
This property is exactly as pictured and was amazing! The host was very helpful, quick to respond and the check in and check out process was smooth and easy! They had the house stocked with everything but be mindful which floor you’re booking since it’s stairs only. Our only comment is parking can be difficult but we were able to figure it out after 1 night with no more issues! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Luxurious, large home in quiet, safe neighbourhood. Close to public transport. Short walk to local shops, bars and restaurants. Accomodation was absolutely beautiful, inside and out. Furnishings were exceptional. Very high end. Beds super comfortable. So much thought has obviously been put in to this home. Very relaxing and welcoming, especially after a day of sight seeing. Host was exceptional. Responded within minutes. This accomodation and host deserve ten stars. An absolute definite choice if looking for an incredible host and amazing accomodations in and around Boston.

Please read it all…safety is our outmost priority. Second night we had a strange man not with our family enter the home after midnight. Three of four of us were sleeping already. He claims he was provided the code by another tenant in a different unit. Our unit was the third story unit and he would have walked past the first and second unit unsure how this could happen and lucky it ended the way it did and without incident. Host was apologetic but did not offer to change the codes until we specifically requested it and then only changed the code to one set of doors the following day. We had to again request the second set of doors also be recoded. Despite us ensuring the front door lock was secured that night, upon our departure we found the front door to be unlocked. We never used the front door to enter the property as the back door goes straight to the car park. The house was clean and comfortable. Hostess very responsive and caring.

Thank you very much for sharing your experience and for your detailed feedback. I’m truly sorry for the unexpected incident that happened during your stay. As soon as I received your message around midnight, I replied right away and came over the next morning to check and change the door codes to ensure your safety.
This was an isolated and unforeseen situation — it may have been caused by a mix-up from a guest staying downstairs but then they also kindly asked me to forward their apologies to you. Additionally, after this event, I have updated our check-in process and now assign separate, unique codes for each unit, as well as added extra security checks to prevent any similar occurrences.
Please don’t take this the wrong way — I actually live very close to the property, and I always make sure that all my guests are safe and well taken care of. I can confidently assure you that this situation will not happen again for any future guests.
The safety and comfort of all guests are always my top priorities. I truly appreciate your understanding, cooperation, and kind words about the cleanliness and my responsiveness. I hope to have the chance to host you again under better circumstances.
