Condo was very nice and clean. Beautiful decor, Beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. Bathroom just didn’t have any extra tissue paper if needed. Excellent location walking distance to a lot of places. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.

Thank you for choosing Liquid Life! We appreciate the 5-star review and are glad Seawind 1803’s view, cleanliness, stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and amenities made for a great stay. Sorry about the worn couch, the dryer needing extra cycles, and the elevator trouble on the 18th floor — we’ll pass these notes to our team to address. Happy the washer worked well, and we hope to welcome you back.

Everything about this condo was perfect. The room was almost as beautiful as the view. The entire condo was spotless, and so nice. We obviously picked it hoping the pictures were accurate (we’ve been down 3 times and had issues with that). The pictures didn’t do it justice, it was such a wonderful stay. The beach is perfect in true Gulf Shores fashion. From the elevator to the beach is maybe a 60 second walk before you’re walking on the beach. We will absolutely be staying here from now on.

The room was great, the view was great, the balcony was great. The problem is there is only two elevators for the entire building and you are constantly waiting. At one point, an elevator went down and you would either wait 30 minutes to get on the only other one or walk 18 floors. No issues with the room at all, was great. Problem was with elevators only.

Thank you for staying at Seawind 1803 and for the 4‑star review. Glad the room, view, and balcony met your expectations. I’m sorry the elevator waits were such a hassle — that’s understandably frustrating. We’ve shared your feedback with building management and our operations team so they can investigate reliability and wait‑time improvements. We appreciate you letting us know and hope to host you again.

We had a great stay here—spacious and beautifully decorated with plenty of seating both inside and on the balcony. The bedding was phenomenal! The bed covers were so nice we had to look the company up to see about getting the same for our home! The condo is equipped with everything you need as to kitchen items, extra bedding, toys for the beach and beach chairs, books, and games! Communication was fast and efficient. Checkout was easy! No big long instructions -just take out the trash and adjust the thermostat! Condo is right on the beach with balcony and full beach and ocean view-just beautiful ! We had our grandchildren and the property has a kids pool fountain area, which was perfect for the grandchildren -they loved it. The condo is in a great location in Gulf Shores along the main drag -so everywhere is walkable. We had a great stay here and loved it!

The condo was very clean, and the view was beautiful. The check in and check out process was easy and seamless. They kept us up to date on everything before hand and during our stay. Everything overall was great and we will definitely be back.on a side note- nothing to do with the condo itself but the building only had 1 working elevator the whole week, which was a nightmare for the size of the condo. For the whole week, we wait hours total to use the elevator. What a pain! We were on the 18th floor and had twin babies in carriers, so it's not like we could even use the steps.

Thank you for choosing Liquid Life and for the 5-star review. Glad the condo was clean, the view beautiful, and that check-in/out and our communications went smoothly. I’m very sorry about the elevator situation — that sounds especially frustrating with twin babies on the 18th floor. That’s a building-level issue, but I’ll pass your feedback along to management so they know how disruptive it was. We’re happy the rest of your stay was great and would love to host you again.

Points forts : Propreté, arrivée, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce.
Points faibles : Communication
The condo itself was perfect for what we needed. Very clean, spacious, and great views. The property management company was very difficult to get a hold of to change dates, and many calls and emails went unanswered. The condo is also very sparsely stocked. Only one trash bag, toilet paper roll, paper towel, etc. No spices (even salt or pepper) were left in the kitchen, so you need to bring literally everything. The elevators in the building were very full and slow so pack along some patience. Otherwise, the place was really lovely for our family.
Gorgeous sea
Beautiful night views
The 18th floor was the same height as the pelicans fly!
The condo is the third floor from the top with a red light on the porch.

Thank you for the 4‑star review. Glad the condo’s cleanliness, space, and views worked well for your family. Sorry you had trouble reaching our team to change dates — we’re reviewing our communication process to improve response times. Apologies for the sparse starter supplies; we’ve updated our turnover checklist to include extra trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels and basic seasonings like salt and pepper. We’ll also add a note about elevator wait times to the listing so future guests can plan. Appreciate the feedback and hope to host you again.

Great Experience

We had a wonderful time although we got cut short one day due to an emergency at home. The condo was very nice and worked perfectly for us. Loved it was next Door to sea n suds. Management was very proactive in reaching out to us making sure everything was as we needed it and it was. We would definitely book again and hope to in the future where we can finish out the entirety of our stay. Kitchen was well stocked, Beds were very comfortable, and the place was very clean. Great views. Everything we needed and more than we expected.

The view was amazing from the 18th floor! Sitting on the balcony in the morning with coffee & in the evenings after dinner, was perfect. We all slept well on the beds. The kitchen was well equipped. It would be nice to have a couple of cabinets empty for renters to be able to put their groceries away. I always have to reorganize the condos we rent for this reason. The pool situation is disappointing but we do enjoy the beach. Seawind is just so close to restaurants, it’s hard to beat. Our whole family of 20 will be back in May 2026, renting 5 condos. See you all then!

Beach stay

The condo itself was lovely: great views, spacious, easy parking and access to the beach/pools and beach chairs/umbrella. The management company was very responsive.Although the kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils and cookware, I would have preferred there had been a supply of coffee filters. I used paper towels instead. The cleanliness of the baby pool could have been much better. One day there was garbage piled around the fence, another there were pieces of fruit in the pool. All in all we enjoyed our stay

The view was beautiful, our condo was nice and clean, the couch was a bit worn but not anything to make the stay not worth it. The kitchen was fully stocked. The washer was awesome the dryer took a few tries to get to dry the clothes fully. Beds were so comfortable. The amenities were all great. The elevator did get stuck a few times and would not open on 18 but after a few rides up and down eventually worked and opened.

The condo was very nice and spacious. Beds were very comfortable and the view from the balcony was wonderful. Being right on the beach and daily service to set up 2 beach chairs and an umbrella was awesome! The only issue was the building only has 2 elevators for 20 floors so peak times during the morning crowds heading to the beach and early evening as people heading home for dinner made catching an elevator difficult. It was common to 15-20 minutes for an elevator with room to ride. Check out times were really crowded and we ended up taking the 18 flights of stairs down carrying our luggage because we could not get an elevator.Would I stay again/ absolutely but I would plan my elevator trips differently,
