PRIME SUMMER 2026 WEEKS AVAILABLE!! Unwind in Salter Path at this awesome TOP FLOOR end unit condo with cathedral ceiling in living room. This marvelous family friendly property features 2 bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with a single twin bed and a twin over double bunk bed - and 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bathtub/shower and 1 with walk-in shower. MBR and LR have ceiling fans. Both BR's have wall mounted TV's with another 55” in LR. Large airy deck has partial ocean view with seating for 4. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a washer/dryer, hair dryer, iron, heating, AC, free WiFi and fully equipped kitchen during your stay. The condo was a perfect size for my group. It was spacious and clean. There were a few minor issues but I was quickly able to resolve through reaching out to Brien and Donna. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of tools to complete any feast necessary. We loved being down there and hope to be able to continue this tradition in the future.

Hidden Gem by the Sea

Our family of 4 had an awesome stay at this condo — it was the perfect beach getaway! The host was great to work with and super easy to communicate with before and during our trip.Check-in and check-out were a total breeze, which made things really simple. The condo looked exactly like the photos — clean, beautifully decorated, and with a great layout that worked perfectly for our group.One of the biggest highlights was the kitchen — it was way more stocked than we expected and had everything we needed. Such a great surprise, an additional amenity all on its own!Overall, the place exceeded our expectations, and we’re already talking about booking it again. Highly recommend!

OVERALL AMAZING

I cannot praise this listing enough! The property itself was fantastic, with great beach access, clean and tidy grounds, and the pool/hang out area was a hit! Our condo was just as super comfortable, as well as beautifully decorated. We felt at home, and the owners made the entire process seamless, and were great to communicate with. We are already looking forward to next year. If you have never been to the Crystal Coast, you are missing out, and this condo put the icing on the cake!!

We have been coming to CBS for 20+ years and have owned our unit for more than half that time. We like the family friendly atmosphere of CBS and its large beach as well as its proximity to restaurants, shopping and recreational sites. We want to share our gorgeous property with folks who will enjoy it and treat it as their own.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

CBS is blessed with expansive beach front which leaves plenty of room for privacy even during peak periods. While there is a condominium complex next door, housing beyond that, in either direction are largely single family residences. This affords beach space which is quiet and uncrowded

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our unit is on the top floor which eliminates the potential for any noise from above and offers a cathedral ceiling in the living room. Top floor location also allows deck area to be open to the sky. Since the deck faces East, morning coffee on the deck is quite comfortable as are evening cocktails in the afternoon shade. The unit is also an end unit which offers more windows and light than other units. Lastly, entire unit has been redone to offer upgraded and modernized accommodations.
