1000+ sf avec balcon donnant sur l'océan et l'une des trois piscines situées sur le complexe. Communauté fermée avec salle de jeux, salle de fitness et court de tennis. Le condo comprend un lit king dans la chambre des maîtres, un lit queen dans la 2ème chambre, un canapé-lit taille standard et deux salles de bain complètes. Kitchen dispose de nouveaux comptoirs en armoires et en granit. Les draps et les serviettes de bain ne sont pas inclus sauf demande, mais peuvent être fournis moyennant des frais supplémentaires.

We had a very nice stay. The view is fantastic and all the facilities were great! We loved the pools (enjoyed the inside pool when it was raining)! Waking up looking at the sea is amazing. The host was very nice and responsive. We just wished the bathrooms were a little bit more updated. Also, a little welcome package with some basic supplies or things to do in the area would be a nice touch:)

Beautiful views. Very clean. Have been coming to Summer Winds for over 40 years and I am local and you can not beat this location. Owners were great and helped us out since a storm came in on our original date.

Great view!

Great beach view and access! Condo overlooks the pool/beach and is minutes away from sand. Be aware of need to take your own sheets and towels, as well as paper goods. The host was easily accessible and check-in was effortless. We would stay in this condo again.

Great place, very roomy!

Great place to stay. We have never stayed at summer winds and we’re very impressed. The security was actively checking cars, and were around the pools etc. the pools were cleaned, and this condo is in a great location. We could see our grandson in the pool from the patio and also a great view of the beach. perfect birthday for my grandson and the condo was very spacious and clean. We would definitely rent again!

We had a very nice time at Indian Beach but there were some issues with this property that perspective vacationers should be aware. 1. Communications with the owner were a challenge. We did not receive check in information late on the evening before we were to check in.

The condo was very nice and clean and had plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Good view of the pool and the ocean. Close walk to the beach which was good for us since we are in the older crowd. The only thing I would recommend is that you pay attention to the amenities on VRBO and the lease agreement as you have to bring your own linens, towels, and toiletries (including paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, soap, etc.). We were within a few hours' drive so was able to pack but if you are flying in you want to take that into consideration. They will only provide linens, towels for an extra cost. Overall, good location and low-key beach which is what we wanted.

Condo not as expected

Check in was very unpleasant due to lack of communication between property manager and HOA Office. It took over an hour to get in to the condo. The door to the balcony was very difficult to shut, there was a water leak under the kitchen sink, could not locate remote for TV in bedroom, furniture old and dirty. We still managed to have fun. It was our 2nd trip to Indian Beach this year. We loved the condo at the same location back in June.

Perfect getaway

We had a girl’s trip (with two kids) and this was a perfect condo. It was very spacious and nicer than the pictures. The area is so nice and quiet. Hope to go again.

Clean and well taken care of

The condo was clean and well maintained. You could tell the owners took pride in their condo. It was perfect for the wedding at Merrell Estate & Gardens which is why we were in town. We would rent it again.

Beach getaway

Enjoyed the condo and being beachfront. We were disappointed that the hours of the hot tub/indoor pool were not made clear at booking as we intentionally booked a location that had these since it's off season. They ended up being closed mon-wed which was the majority of our stay.

Relaxing View of the Ocean

We spent four nights in Lynn’s condo and had a wonderful time! Although it rained most of the time, we made great use of the balcony watching the ocean and were right there to be able to run down to the pool or beach between showers.

Emerald Isle VRBO was our final destination. Stayed in other locations in North Carolina prior to beach. Owner wanted to mail the (1) key to us. As we were “on the move” didn’t trust the key would get to us. Met owner to pick up key. Would have liked a lock box or combination lock at location. Seems to be an antiquated process based on all our past VRBO rentals. Older building, very clean grounds, great location on island. Beach pristine. Owner was readily available to answer any questions.
