Notre cottage Island Retreat, situé à 3 pâtés de maisons de la plage et à 2 pâtés de maisons de la baie avec une piscine et une cour isolée entourée de mangroves, est une maison pour animaux de compagnie de deux étages qui comprend 3 chambres au premier étage avec la suite principale au deuxième étage, télévision par câble dans les 4 chambres, laveuse / sécheuse, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, vaisselle, draps et serviettes, vérandas sur les deux niveaux pour profiter de la brise du golfe et de la baie, et accoster dans un bassin de bateau peu profond directement en face de la rue. Une véritable escapade insulaire!

Very spacious, great location to the beach. Plenty of linens and towels. Very clean home , would definitely stay here again. Hosts were very responsive to messages.

I give you one star, for cuteness.

Let me list the problems we had : Before we even left, the property was pulled of the rental market. Upon arrival there was a notice on the window of cease to rent to any occupants. The home was not clean and food was left in refrigerator. The pool was a mess with crabs and debris. It as extremely hot and the upstairs fans were not working , so it was muggy. most remotes were broken to tv's. The main bath was not draining. The beds were horrible. Then the police showed up and let us know we were not supposed to be there. Apparently the owner has been summons to court over an issue with the township. How embarrassing to me and my family . We came in for my daughters wedding ! Now I had to worry about being locked out by the law ! Seemed like a real goat rodeo. I will be contacting the owner for a refund for the poor handling of the situation and the humiliation I had to deal with. How can I refer homeaway with this kind of stuff happening ?

Great location and floor plan but needs maintenance

We enjoyed the location close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The open floor worked very well for our family. Our kids enjoyed the fish chairs in the upstairs bedroom. But the home needs some TLC in terms of basic maintenance.

Family wedding

We stayed here while attending a family wedding in Cortez. This house worked well for 5 adults. Very spacious. The upstairs bedroom is fabulous! We noticed there are a few things that could use some maintenance repair. Such as sliding door in living room doesn’t open. Some of the screens need replacement. Outside painting needs to be finished. We did not have any extra toilet paper or parper towels and needed to purchase them. Overall this is a great rental in a perfect location.

Perfect family holiday trip!

We had a wonderful thanksgiving trip with family at this beautiful home! Plenty of room for everyone to relax and have their privacy. Great location! Close to stores and a quick walk to the beach. Quiet and relaxing!

AWSOME

This is the best vacation rental we have ever rented , lots of room, plenty of decks, very private. Everything you need is in this house. Turn Key. We took our family with us, there was a total of 10 of us and the Dog, We had a Blast!!!!!!!! My husband and I had been to the Island before and loved it, but our close, family had never been there, they were very surprised, and will return. And April you are great.....

Just Perfect

A group of co workers rented this house for Memorial Day Weekend. How perfect it was. We enjoyed the kitchen for making breakfast and lunches. The four bedrooms worked great for our party of 8. It is nice to be just off the main street. Very quiet in the evenings. It is just a short walk to the beach. The pool is nice and refreshing after a day at the beach. April the property manager was great to work with.

Great home

Nice home! Very clean, sleeps eight comfortably. The kitchen is spacious and so are the bedrooms. TV's are outdated and very small, especially the television in the living room. 1 minute walk to the beach and it is in a great location! We would stay here again and again!
