Anna Maria cottage

We enjoyed our stay! Great neighborhood: close to the beach, restaurants, shops, and bars. The cottage was clean and Loren was attentive without being intrusive - she was great!

Our stay was highlighted by the easy walking distance to the beach for nightly sunsets. The apartment was neat, clean, and cozy with all the amenities needed to have a comfortable stay. Would happily stay again.

Great location!

The location can't be beat, unless you are acutally beachfront! Away from the Bradenton beach chaos, but still close to several restaurants and clubs. The duplex is dated but comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Great location

I just returned from staying here. The rental was perfect for me. It was clean, centrally located on the island and within walking distance to the beach. The owner was very kind and easy to work with regarding check-in and check-out. I would stay here again!

The cottage was perfect for ourparadise vacation!

The cottage was very cleanly and beautiful! Very close to the beach! Loren, the owner, was very respectful of our privacy as well! We really enjoyed our stay and wouldnt hesitate to stay here again! Highly recommend booking this cottage for the great price she offers it for!

This is a nice old Florida feeling property. With many different plants and pretty flowers all around. It is in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again.

Location just about perfect

Unless you are oceanfront, this duplex's spot couldn't be better. Quiet little street, easy to walk to beach and a few nice restaurants. Place has an "old Florida" feel- nothing fancy but still fine. If you want high end luxury and gourmet appliances, look elsewhere. But if you want the perfect location without breaking the bank, this is it. Owner was charming and made sure we had everything we needed.

Slice of paradise!!

My husband and I stayed for a week and it was absolutely perfect!! Beautiful little cottage, prime location, had everything you could need for those hot beach days, coolers, towels, chairs etc. Nicely decorated, comfy and cozy space. Our host was awesome, extremely accommodating and very easy to connect with. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable!!!

Great Location!

This unit has a great location in Homes Beach. Walk to the beach, many restaurants, and bars. Publix is just 1 mi away. Trolley stops are nearby. The unit presents as advertised. Will stay again.

Our Florida vacation

We were so excited to comeback to Annamaria Island 🌮 and staying again at beach cottage we rented 2 years a go. Miss Loren again was there for anything we needed or question. The location it’s perfect and quiet you can walk to the beach right across the street or drive down a mile to Holmes Beach 🏝 our favorite!!!

Wonderful stay at this property, again

This was my 2nd time in this rental. Loren was a wonderful host. The island is still recovering from back-to-back hurricanes, but everything is bouncing back beautifully. The property still shows some signs of damage, but it was outside (fence is partially down), but that didnt interfere with my trip at all. Will definitely rent here again!!

Close to beach

This our second time staying at this cottage and once again a very nice stay. A very nice and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting outside and relaxing. The beach, just a few steps away and the trolley stop is around the corner. The cottage was very clean and comfortable and Loren is a great hostess. We hope we can stay here again down the road.

Great little place!!!

Second time visiting AMI, first time staying here. Loren is very friendly and is quick to respond to any questions you may have! This place was very clean and charming. Has everything you need for your stay. It has been decorated nicely giving the coastal vibe. It is very close to the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants. I highly recommended eating at the Feast, food is good and staff are wonderful!! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Loren for making our stay nice and relaxing.

Location, Location, Location

Very clean and nice home. It had everything we needed and then some. Very comfortable bed and living room. Hostess was easy to get in touch with and very responsive to our needs. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants and shopping. Nice quiet and peaceful area of AMI. We will be back!

-The mattress urgently needs to be changed .It was so shaky that you could feel every moves of your partner .-The location of the apartment is great .-We had the impression that we were in a money machine rather than in a welcoming place.
