Fantastic apartment for a stay in NYC - beautiful decor, spacious and in a brilliant area. Local shops and restaurants all within a few minutes walk, as is the subway. Hosts were responsive and super helpful. Made our trip from England all the more special.

Major unaddressed kitchen ceiling leak on and off for our two week rental. From the condition of the ceiling, not a new leak. The host was well aware of the issue. No response to multiple messages sent to host about the situation. 4 large pots and many towels left out every night to minimize mess and damage. Emptied pots and washed towels daily. Dealing with this leak and lack or response or solution negates anything positive I would have to say.

Very nice apartment in a good location. The kitchen and bathrooms are very new and clean. Wifi generally worked well but some spotty periods. The whole check-in process and communication was truly excellent and very responsive.

Just a lovely little flat in New York. Great size was wonderful to have the extra bathrooms and kitchen. Great distance to all of the areas we wanted to walk to highly recommended safe neighborhood. Great hosts very helpful very responsive would definitely recommend.

Graduation trip

Property was great, we loved our trip and our lodging was a big part of that. The apartment is in the upper west side, so you are a walk from Central Park and the museums but my kids did fine with it. You are a few blocks from a bus stop and similar distance from a subway station and close to multiple pizza shops which was the reason for the trip! I rented this spot because of the square footage, I’m traveling with 5 kids so a little extra space is nice. The apartment was clean, easily accessible, well equipped, and was perfectly sized for my family.

Beautiful rental

The property is lovely, comfortable, clean, and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We loved being able to plug in to the monitor to work comfortably and having extra space for relaxing. You are close to both Central and Riverside Parks for great walks. Great food is minutes away, but you’re also tucked into a quiet street for the evening. Our only downside was that the AC wasn’t working and things got humid. Otherwise, comfortable and beautiful.
