Bedroom one and two both have large comfortable queen size beds and the spacious family room has a pullout couch for your extra guests. The dining room offers the perfect place to enjoy your home cooked meals during your stay. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and utensil's youll need to prepare your favorite meals while on vacation! In house washing machine and dryer are provided for your convenience. Enjoy resort access at the Faro Blanco Hilton/Marriot property located across the street, with three pools to choose from and two restaurants and bars you can enjoy the resort lifestyle without the additional fees! Guest Access:

Villa Mars is centrally located in The City of Marathon and offers easy access to Marathons biggest attractions such as the 7 mile bridge, Turtle Hospital, Fishing and leisure charters, as well jet ski and boat rentals. Villa Mars is also located nearby to many restaurants and luxury resorts so if you're a foodie or in town for an event this home is the perfect fit for you! Getting around town is easy, renting a car is recommended however most attractions are within biking distance and local cabs are inexpensive, quick and only a phone call away!

This home is pet friendly. The pet fee is $200 per pet with a maximum of two pets.
Strict no smoking/vaping indoors. Smoking permitted outdoors along the perimeter of the home.
