Oceanside, Pet Friendly, Smart Home with-SUP, kayak with and 60 ft Dock

Great news, we just completed construction of a brand new 60FT dock. We have a kayak launch and plenty of room for your boat.

Our indoor upgrades included getting a Tempur Pedic king-size adjustable bed for the master bedroom (raise the head or feet). All the TVs are now 4K smart TVs, which we mounted. We put in a smart house system that can serve as your morning fishing alarm and play music via Pandora. A lock box for the front door and a smart lock on the back door makes it easy to check in and check out. The living room and dining room are getting all new furniture.

-- As avid paddlers, we are constantly updating the paddling fleet. Most of our kayaks are best-in-class. Hobie, Wilderness Systems, West Marine and Native. If you have a special request, let us know as we might have that type of kayak or paddle-board.

Boating:
Oceanside and Gulf side boating await for those interested in exploring the Keys. Vaca-Cut is right around the corner, and the ocean is right in front of the home. We are also very close to the 7-mile bridge, which offers excellent fishing.

If you hire a guide, you can explore nearby offshore beaches on the Gulf side that we consider comparable or better than many of the beaches on Dr. Beach's list – try the Content Keys.

We do use a standard Florida rental agreement that includes waivers for swimming, equipment use and pets. The agreement is available on VRBO.

Premium Services
We are proud to offer premium paddling and kayak services for those who want to step up their fishing game. Our premium lines offering include Old Town Big Game PDL kayaks (awesome!), Hobie Pro-Anglers (pedal type), Hobie Outbacks (pedal type), and Wilderness A.T.A.K. Fishing Kayaks (pedal type/paddle). These premium services require a separate rental contract, waiver, and fees. We offer a 50% discount for this service at this property for our customers. With the discount, this may be the best price in the Keys for this type of equipment. These premium services can be added to your rental payment through the online booking system.

Note: the home comes with "paddle-type" kayaks and paddleboards, and you may not need performance upgrades unless you are looking for an upgraded experience.

Premium Dockage and Pool:
We have a wet slip at The Boat House Marina in Marathon #43 that can host a 40-foot boat with a 3-foot draft (bow first docking only). The Boat House is about 1.5 miles from the home. The wet slip has shore power and water. Proper liability insurance limits are required for docking at our marina slip. This premium service requires a separate rental contract, waiver, and fees.
