Profitez de notre HOT TUB et dès l'automne 2018, deux nouveaux lits King size! Nous travaillons dur pour offrir une belle maison meublée et une expérience de qualité. Ceci est la maison parfaite pour des vacances en famille.

Nous ne sommes pas une grande entreprise avec plusieurs inscriptions. Nous sommes juste une famille qui a décidé d'ouvrir notre maison en location de vacances afin de garder la maison dans la famille. Notre famille a créé de merveilleux souvenirs dans cette maison et dans la région de Woodland Park et nous espérons que vous aussi.

Rien ne se compare à la magnifique expérience de montagne de la région de Pikes Peak. Woodland Park est une ville de montagne conviviale à seulement 29 km au nord de Colorado Springs et ses environs offrent quelque chose pour tout le monde: Académie de l'Air Force, Garden of the Gods, 7 Falls, Cave of the Winds, Santa's Village, Pikes Peak Cog Train Ride, Cripple Creek / Victor - villes minières historiques avec jeux de hasard / casino majeurs, rafting en eaux vives, sources chaudes et meilleure pêche à la mouche partout.

Si vous cherchez à vous installer pour le repos et la détente, notre maison est nichée dans un grand terrain, a une belle vue sur les montagnes, Wifi, téléphone, HD Streaming TV dans chaque chambre, cuisine entièrement équipée, laveuse / sécheuse pleine grandeur , grande terrasse et barbecue à gaz. C'est l'endroit idéal pour renouveler le corps, l'esprit et l'âme. Occupation maximale 7.

A clean, comfortable and well equipped home on a large lot. This was the concluding stay for our epic 2 week Colorado road trip, and gave us the perfect base for exploring Pike’s Peak, Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs. The host, Jim, provided abundant communication throughout the process. We only stayed 2 nights, so we didn’t get to take advantage of all the amenities, but it was a cozy place to stay away from crowds and traffic. Highly recommended.

The tub on the main floor could have used something in the bottom of the tub so it wouldn’t be so slippery. Otherwise we were really happy with everything.

This home has many wonderful memories for our family. It was originally the home of our mother Judy Newberry who passed away in 2011. Colorado has been a regular and special destination for our family as we spent 10+ years vacationing in the Manitou Springs / Woodland Park area as kids. We have participated multiple times in many of the activities that you will participate in this week such as Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Seven Falls, the Royal Gorge and White Water Rafting to name just a few. It was our mother’s dream to live / retire in Colorado. While her journey was cut too short to retire here, she did live / work here the last 10 years of her life. We wanted to continue our family ritual by keeping this home in the family. In order to do so, we needed to off-set expenses with some sort of revenue. It just made sense for us open our home to other families providing the opportunity for you to create memories just as our family has. Transparently, it’s a little hard to open up your home to strangers. But our mother provided us a lifetime of lessons teaching what it means to be hospitable and serve others. We are not some big company with multiple properties - we are just a family sharing our home with your family. We work hard to honor our mothers legacy by providing you a nice home and a warm / welcoming experience. We ask that you treat our home appropriately and we hope that you have a WONDERFUL time staying here. Jim Newberry & Jamie Anderson (owners)

We have tried to include many of the items that are often overlooked in other vacation rentals. You will find plenty of linens, a good start of paper goods (toilet paper, paper towels, napkins), trash bags, spices, and kitchen appliances. We have also worked hard on our outdoor attractions with a spacious completely fenced in yard, fire pit, patio with yard lights, and of course our relaxing hot tub.
