The well-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, huge island counter, and a cozy breakfast nook for casual meals.

Boat Dock: A private dock is available to you for the duration of your stay. Will be able to accomodate a max 45ft vessel, with max 4ft draft. Bring your own dock lines and boat bumpers.

Guest access
You will have full access to the home and its amenities, including private backyard. Access to the home is via electronic key pad.

The home is fully equipped, as we live in the home throughout the year. If there is anything you need or is missing, please contact us so we can make sure it is available for your next stay, or the next guest.

One closet and the garage being used as owners storage, so both will be inaccessible during your stay. The owners vehicle may be parked at the far side of the driveway.
